This is a multi-center, randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of batoclimab in adult participants with active CIDP. The study includes an up to 4-week Screening Period, an up to 12-week Washout Period, a 12-week Randomized Treatment Period (Period 1), an up to 24-week Randomized Withdrawal Period (Period 2), an up to 52-week Long-term Extension (LTE) Period (optional), and Safety Follow-up 4 weeks after the last dose of study treatment. The total study duration will be up to approximately 109 weeks. Eligible participants will be assigned to one of four cohorts based upon their baseline CIDP treatment (Cohorts A and D - immunoglobulin [Ig] or plasma exchange [PLEX]; Cohort B - corticosteroids; Cohort C - naive or untreated in previous 3-24 months) and whether they meet diagnosis according to the European Academy of Neurology/Peripheral Nerve Society (EAN/PNS) criteria (Cohorts A, B, and C) or clinical criteria only (Cohort D) at the time of screening. This is an umbrella study evaluating the efficacy and safety of multiple treatment combinations in participants with metastatic or inoperable locally advanced breast cancer. The study will be performed in two stages. During Stage 1, four cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: Cohort 1 will consist of Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-positive participants who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic or inoperable locally advanced triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) (first-line [1L] PD-L1+ cohort). Cohort 2 will consist of participants who had disease progression during or following 1L treatment with chemotherapy for metastatic or inoperable locally-advanced TNBC and have not received cancer immunotherapy (CIT) (second-line [2L] CIT-naive cohort). Cohort 3 will consist of participants with locally-advanced or metastatic HR+, HER2-negative disease with PIK3CA mutation who may or may not have had disease progression during or following previous lines of treatment for metastatic disease (HR+cohort). Cohort 4 will consist of participants with locally-advanced or metastatic HER2+ /HER2-low disease with PIK3CA mutation who had disease progression on standard-of-care therapies (HER2+ /HER2-low cohort). In each cohort, eligible participants will initially be assigned to one of several treatment arms (Stage 1). In addition, participants in the 2L CIT-naïve cohort who experience disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, or unacceptable toxicity during Stage 1 may be eligible to continue treatment with a different treatment combination (Stage 2), provided Stage 2 is open for enrollment. The current protocol is to determine the biodistribution, metabolism, excretion and brain uptake of 11C HY-2-15. The goal of this radiotracer is to quantify alpha-synuclein that is abnormally deposited in the brain of people with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). The investigators will compare uptake in people with MSA with people with Parkinson disease (PD) and progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) as well as healthy volunteers. This multicenter project funded by an NIH U19 grant, is centered at U Pennsylvania (Penn, Grant PI: Robert Mach) in collaboration with U Pittsburgh (Pitt) (not a clinical site), Yale U, U of California at San Francisco (UCSF) and Washington University in St. Louis (WU). The research team developed the Nutrition Support Assessment Tool (NSAT) that incorporates key patient life information (e.g., ability to cook, access to refrigerator/stove, medical conditions and nutritional status) to facilitate individualized nutrition referral. The overall goal of this study is to refine and test the NSAT as a systematic approach to provide individualized nutrition needs screening and referral for patients being discharged from the acute care setting at Jefferson Health. This will be a multicenter Phase II open-label study of asciminib in CML-CP patients who have been previously treated with one prior ATP- binding site TKI with discontinuation due to treatment failure, warning or intolerance. This clinical trial compares the effect of pulmonary vein-first surgical technique to pulmonary artery-first surgical technique in decreasing circulating tumor cell deoxyribonucleic acid (ctDNA) in patients with stage I-III non-small cell lung cancer. Pulmonary vein first and pulmonary artery first surgical techniques are standard surgical techniques for the division of the blood vessels during lung resection surgery.
