Recruiting
B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cell (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in combination with anti-neoplastic agents in adult participants with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed.
Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. Study doctors put the participants in grou... Read More

Testing Pump Chemotherapy in Addition to Standard of Care Chemotherapy Versus Standard of Care Chemotherapy Alone for Patients With Unresectable Colorectal Liver Metastases: The PUMP Trial
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) (pump chemotherapy) in addition to standard of care chemotherapy versus standard of care chemotherapy alone in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver (liver metastases) and cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). HAI uses a catheter to carry a tumor-killing chemotherapy drug called floxuridine directly into the liver. HAI is already approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in metas... Study of the Adverse Events and Change in Disease State of Pediatric Participants (and Young Adults Between the Ages of 18-25) With Relapsed/Refractory Aggressive Mature B-cell Neoplasms Receiving Subcutaneous (SC) Injections of Epcoritamab
Recruiting
The most common types of mature B-cell lymphomas (MBLs) in children are Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Initial treatment cures 90% - 95% of children with these malignancies, leaving a very small population of relapsed/refractory disease with a poor prognosis. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory aggressive mature B-cell neoplasms and young adult participants with Burk...
