Study to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With Select Advanced Solid Tumor Indications Receiving Intravenous (IV) ABBV-400
Recruiting
Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors.
ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Each cohort receives ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy) followed by a safety follow-up per... Read More

Bemarituzumab Plus Chemotherapy and Nivolumab Versus Chemotherapy and Nivolumab for FGFR2b Overexpressed Untreated Advanced Gastric and Gastroesophageal Junction Cancer
Recruiting
The main objective of Part 1 is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of bemarituzumab plus 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6) and nivolumab.
The main objective Part 2 is to compare efficacy of bemarituzumab plus chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6 or capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin (CAPOX)) and nivolumab to placebo plus chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6 or CAPOX) and nivolumab as assessed by overall survival.

A Study of V940 Plus Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Placebo Plus Pembrolizumab in Participants With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (V940-002)
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to evaluate V940 plus pembrolizumab versus placebo plus pembrolizumab for the adjuvant treatment of completely resected (R0) Stage II, IIIA, IIIB (with nodal involvement [N2]) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary hypothesis is that V940 plus pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to disease-free survival (DFS) as assessed by the investigator.

Combination Chemotherapy, Bevacizumab, and/or Atezolizumab in Treating Patients With Deficient DNA Mismatch Repair Metastatic Colorectal Cancer, the COMMIT Study
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies how well combination chemotherapy, bevacizumab, and/or atezolizumab work in treating patients with deficient deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) mismatch repair colorectal cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and leucovorin calcium, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, o...
