Participants recruited for this study will be breast cancer or gynecological cancer patients who agree to participate in an exercise study examining the effects of chemotherapy on muscle mitochondrial oxidative capacity, a measure of skeletal muscle health. This phase III trial compares the effects of shorter chemotherapy (chemo)-immunotherapy without anthracyclines to usual chemo-immunotherapy for the treatment of early-stage triple negative breast cancer. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called anti-microtubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Cyclophosphamide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by damaging the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. It may also lower the body's immune response. Docetaxel is in a class of medications called taxanes. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Doxorubicin is an anthracycline chemotherapy drug that damages DNA and may kill cancer cells. Pembrolizumab may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Shorter treatment without anthracycline chemotherapy may work the same as the usual anthracycline chemotherapy treatment for early-stage triple negative breast cancer. Read Less

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a mobile application (app) for depression treatment called "Moodivate" among cancer survivors. Moodivate was developed by our research team to assist with the treatment of depressed mood. Participants will be randomly assigned to either download the mobile app, "Moodivate", or not. Approximately 2/3 of participants enrolled will receive the mobile app and the remaining 1/3 will not. All participants will complete electronic questionnaire measures throughout the study period. Questionnaires will assess symptoms of depression, as well as your experiences using Moodivate and participating in this trial. Participation in this study will take about 12 weeks, beginning today. Participation in this study may help in the treatment of future cancer survivors. The greatest risks of this study include frustration, worsening of emotional distress, data breach, and/or loss of confidentiality. In this multi-center randomized clinical trial, head and neck cancer (HNC) survivors with clinically significant body image distress (BID) (N=180) will be randomized to BRIGHT (a brief video tele-cognitive behavioral therapy intervention) or Attention Control (AC, a manualized tele-supportive care intervention that controls for professional attention, dose, delivery method, and common factors). HNC survivors will complete IMAGE-HN (a validated patient-reported outcome measure \[PROM\] of HNC-related body image distress \[BID\]; primary endpoint), measures of psychological and social well-being and quality of life (QOL), and measures of theory-derived mechanisms of change underlying BRIGHT (mediators). The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the vaccine FK-PC101 works to delay or prevent the return of prostate cancer in men who have had surgery to remove their prostate cancer. It will also learn about the safety of FK-PC101. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does FK-PC101 delay or prevent the return of prostate cancer following surgery? What medical problems do participants (subjects) have when taking FK-PC101? Researchers will compare FK-PC101 to current treatment practice to see if FK-PC101 works to prevent or delay the return of prostate cancer following surgery to remove the prostate cancer tumor. Subjects will: Have a sample of the prostate cancer tissue collected at the time of surgery to remove this tissue from the body. This tissue will then be used to create a personalized vaccine that is specific to your prostate cancer. If randomly selected to receive the vaccine, subjects will receive the vaccine up to 7 times over a 6-month period. In addition to the treatment visits for those randomized to receive FK-PC101, there will be up to 4 follow up visits to the clinic over a 22-month (nearly 2 year) period. For subjects randomized to receive current treatment practice, they will be asked to attend up to 8 visits over 22 months to track if there is any detectable cancer. Should their prostate cancer return within a year following surgery, they will be eligible to receive FK-PC101, which already had been produced and thus no additional tumor tissue would need to be obtained. Investigators propose a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluating the use of the use of Suvorexant in breast cancer survivors on selective estrogen receptor modulators or aromatase inhibitors with sleep disturbance to assess the impact on insomnia symptoms and quality of life. Breast cancer survivors have an increased risk of insomnia for which Suvorexant has the has the potential ability to impact to improve sleep related outcomes and cancer survivorship outcomes. Breast cancer survivors with sleep disturbance based on an Insomnia Severity Index Score (ISI) \>15 will be randomized to either Suvorexant or placebo, with both arms receiving education on sleep hygiene. This phase III trial studies how well standard systemic therapy with or without definitive treatment (prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy) works in treating participants with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Addition of prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy to standard systemic therapy for prostate cancer may lower the chance of the cancer growing or spreading. Read Less

This phase III trial compares the effect of adding surgery to a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination versus a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination alone in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab, pembrolizumab, and avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Surgery to remove the kidney, called a nephrectomy, is also considered standard of care; however, doctors who treat kidney cancer do not agree on its benefits. It is not yet known if the addition of surgery to an immunotherapy-based drug combination works better than an immunotherapy-based drug combination alone in treating patients with kidney cancer. In this Phase I trial for subjects with advanced head \& neck cancer, breast cancer, soft tissue sarcoma or melanoma all subjects will receive open label X-PACT treatment as a intra-tumoral injection. The primary objective will be to establish the safety of X-PACT when dosed with 5 intra-tumoral injections of the combination product (the phosphor device and methoxsalen sterile solution and subsequently exposing the tumor to X-ray energy) over a period of 6 weeks (on day D1, D3 and D5 of Week 1, on D1 of Week 2, and a booster on D1 of Week 6). After the week 8 tumor assessment subjects demonstrating stable disease, partial response or unconfirmed progression assessed by iRecist, will be eligible to receive two additional booster treatments 4-6 weeks apart. Treatment will be considered safe provided ≤ 2 out of 12 patients experience a dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) during the 6 weeks after the first intra-tumoral injection. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Crizotinib may be an effective treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer and an ALK fusion mutation. Read Less
