The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 of the study is completed. Stages 2 and 3 will evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment. The study participant has one of the following blood cancers: acute myelogenous leukemia (AML)/myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL, T-ALL) or Lymphoma. Primary Objective To determine the safety and maximum tolerated dose of intravenous infusions of escalating doses of CD70-CAR T cells in patients (≤21 years) with recurrent/refractory CD70+ hematological malignancies after lymphodepleting chemotherapy. Secondary Objectives To evaluate the antileukemic activity of CD70-CAR T cells. This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma may help doctors identify conditions that increase the likelihood of AYAs getting sick and dying after treatment of cancer and better understand how to address the needs of adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. This is a single-arm, open label, multicenter Phase 1/2 study evaluating ALLO-501A in adult subjects with R/R LBCL and CLL/SLL. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Classic Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of epcoritamab in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who have received at least 1 prior line of systemic antilymphoma therapy including at least 1 anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody-containing therapy or R/R classic follicular lymphoma (cFL). Adverse events will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL and R/R cFL. Study doctors will assess participants in a monotherapy treatment arm of epcoritamab. Participants will receive escalating doses of epcoritamab, until full dose is achieved. Approximately 184 adult participants with R/R DLBCL and R/R cFL will be enrolled in the study in approximately 80 sites in the United States of America. Participants will receive escalating doses of subcutaneous epcoritamab, until full dose is achieved, in 28-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The most common types of mature B-cell lymphomas (MBLs) in children are Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Initial treatment cures 90% - 95% of children with these malignancies, leaving a very small population of relapsed/refractory disease with a poor prognosis. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory aggressive mature B-cell neoplasms and young adult participants with Burkitt's or Burkitt-like lymphoma/leukemia. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of relapsed/refractory aggressive mature B-cell neoplasms. Participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) of epcoritamab. Approximately 15 pediatric participants with a diagnosis of relapsed/refractory aggressive mature B-cell neoplasms and and young adult participants, ages of 18-25, with a diagnosis of Burkitt's or Burkitt-like lymphoma/leukemia will be enrolled at 50 sites globally. Participants will receive subcutaneous epcoritamab in 28-day cycles. Participants will be followed for a minimum of 3 years after enrollment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care.
