This phase II trial studies how well inotuzumab ozogamicin works in treating younger patients with B-lymphoblastic lymphoma or CD22 positive B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. There is a pressing need to measure patient-reported symptoms in patients of all ages diagnosed with nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL). This study aims to measure longitudinal symptom burden and treatment tolerability utilizing validated patient-reported outcomes (PROs) instruments. Primary Objective: * To develop the data collection infrastructure required to prospectively collect longitudinal electronic patient-reported outcomes (PROs) survey instruments in adult and pediatric patients diagnosed with NLPHL. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab plus lenalidomide (E-Len) is compared to rituximab plus gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) )in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of DLBCL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 360 adult participants with R/R DLBCL will be enrolled in approximately 165 sites across the world. Participants in arm A will receive subcutaneous (SC) injections of epcoritamab plus oral lenalidomide capsules (E-Len) for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). Participants in arm B will receive intravenously (IV) infused R-GemOx for up to 4 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). Participants in arm C will receive SC injections of epcoritamab for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Brief Summary: This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called GEN1160 (PRO1160) in participants with solid tumors and blood cancers. Participants will have cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable) or relapsed or refractory to prior treatments. This Phase 1/2 study will have three parts. The dose escalation part of the study will find out how much and how frequently GEN1160 should be given to participants. The expansion Part A and expansion Part B will use the dose and schedule found in the dose escalation part to find out how safe GEN1160 is and if it works to treat the diseases under study. The diseases under study will be Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC), Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) in Escalation and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in expansion Part A and Part B. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in combination with anti-neoplastic agents in adult participants with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The combination of epcoritamab with anti-neoplastic agents will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on eligibility. Approximately 565 adult participants with NHL will be enrolled in 100 sites globally. In both the dose escalation and dose expansion arms participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) epcoritamab in 28 day, 21 day, or 56 day cycles dependent on the arm in combination with the anti-neoplastic agents described below: 1: Oral lenalidomide in participants (PPTS) with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); 2: Oral ibrutinib and oral lenalidomide in PPTS with with R/R DLBCL; 3: Intravenous (IV) polatuzumab vedotin, IV rituximab, IV cyclophosphamide, IV doxorubicin hydrochloride (HCl), and oral prednisone (pola-R-CHP) in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve DLBCL; 4: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R DLBCL; 5: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL); 6A: Oral ibrutinib in PPTS with R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); 6B: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with R/R MCL; 7: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve MCL. 8: Oral pirtobrutinib in PPTS with R/R MCL. The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 of the study is completed. Stages 2 and 3 will evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment.
