This clinical trial is studying lymphoma. Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the blood cells that fight infections. There are several types of lymphoma. This study will enroll people who have lymphoma, such as classical Hodgkin lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma including systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, or types of primary cutaneous lymphoma. This clinical trial uses a drug called SGN-35T. The study drug is in testing and has not been approved for sale. This is the first time SGN-35T will be used in people. The study drug will be given as an infusion through a vein. This study will test the safety of SGN-35T in participants with lymphoma. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out the best dose and dosing schedule for SGN-35T. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe SGN-35T is and if it works to treat select lymphomas. Read Less

B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cell (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of epcoritamab in combination with anti-neoplastic agents in adult participants with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The combination of epcoritamab with anti-neoplastic agents will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on eligibility. Approximately 622 adult participants with NHL will be enrolled in 100 sites globally. In both the dose escalation and dose expansion arms participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) epcoritamab in 28 day, 21 day, or 56 day cycles dependent on the arm in combination with the anti-neoplastic agents described below: 1: Oral lenalidomide in participants (PPTS) with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); 2: Oral ibrutinib and oral lenalidomide in PPTS with with R/R DLBCL; 3: Intravenous (IV) polatuzumab vedotin, IV rituximab, IV cyclophosphamide, IV doxorubicin hydrochloride (HCl), and oral prednisone (pola-R-CHP) in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve DLBCL; 4: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R DLBCL; 5: Oral CC-99282 in PPTS with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL); 6A: Oral ibrutinib in PPTS with R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); 6B: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with R/R MCL; 7: Oral ibrutinib, and oral venetoclax in PPTS with newly diagnosed treatment-naïve MCL. 8: Oral pirtobrutinib in PPTS with R/R MCL. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab plus lenalidomide (E-Len) is compared to rituximab plus gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) )in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of DLBCL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 320 adult participants with R/R DLBCL will be enrolled in approximately 165 sites across the world. Participants in arm A will receive subcutaneous (SC) injections of epcoritamab plus oral lenalidomide capsules (E-Len) for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). Phase 1 will evaluate the safety and tolerability at different dose levels of repotrectinib in pediatric and young adult subjects with advanced or metastatic malignancies harboring anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the gene ROS1 (ROS1), or neurotrophic receptor kinase genes encoding TRK kinase family (NTRK1-3) alterations to estimate the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) or Maximum Administered Dose (MAD) and select the Pediatric Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D). This study assesses how blood cell growth patterns (clonal hematopoiesis), relates to heart health or cardiovascular disease (CVD) after treatment in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma. In some patients, cancer treatment at a young age may lead to later complications, including problems with heart health. Checking for blood cell growth patterns called therapy-related clonal hematopoiesis (t-CH) can help predict who might be at risk for heart health problems after Hodgkin lymphoma treatment. If doctors know who may be at greater risk for developing later heart complications, then they can more closely monitor those patients to prevent or detect heart complications early. Read Less

This is a phase II study using risk and response-adapted therapy for low, intermediate and high risk classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Chemotherapy regimens will be based on risk group assignment. Low-risk and intermediate- risk patients will be treated with bendamustine, etoposide, Adriamycin® (doxorubicin), bleomycin, Oncovin® (vincristine), vinblastine, and prednisone (BEABOVP) chemotherapy. High-risk patients will receive Adcetris® (brentuximab vedotin), etoposide, prednisone and Adriamycin® (doxorubicin) (AEPA) and cyclophosphamide, Adcetris® (brentuximab vedotin), prednisone and Dacarbazine® (DTIC) (CAPDac) chemotherapy. Residual node radiotherapy will be given at the end of all chemotherapy only to involved nodes that do not have an adequate response (AR) after 2 cycles of therapy for all risk groups. Read Less

Survivors of childhood cancer are at greater risk for long-term cognitive impairments that include attention, executive function, intelligence, memory, and processing speed. The participants are a survivor of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL). Because of your treatment the participant may have developed trouble with thinking and learning. Primary Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using home-based tPBM paired with remote cognitive training to improve cognitive performance in survivors of ALL and HL. Secondary Objectives To estimate the potential efficacy of alpha and gamma frequency tPBM on cognitive performance in survivors of ALL and HL. Exploratory Objectives To estimate the effects of home-based tPBM paired with remote cognitive training on patient reported symptoms of executive dysfunction, sleep, depression, anxiety, fatigue, and pain in survivors of ALL and HL. This is a multi-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-cancer activity of oral administration of emavusertib alone or in combination with ibrutinib in adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. This trial will be completed in four parts. In Part A1, emavusertib will be evaluated first in a dose escalating monotherapy setting to establish the safety and tolerability (complete). In Part A2, emavusertib will be evaluated in combination with ibrutinib at 560 milligrams (mg) once daily (QD) or 420 mg QD as indicated by disease (Part A2 complete). Part B will comprise 2 cohorts to assess safety and efficacy of emavusertib in combination with ibrutinib in participants with R/R primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) who have directly progressed on a bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi). In this part of the study, emavusertib will be dosed at 100 mg or 200 mg twice daily (BID) in combination with ibrutinib in 28-day treatment cycles. Part C will comprise 3 treatment arms in the second-line setting to assess the efficacy and safety of emavusertib monotherapy, ibrutinib monotherapy, and emavusertib in combination with ibrutinib in participants with R/R PCNSL who are naïve to BTKi treatment. In this part of the study, eligible second-line participants with R/R PCNSL who are naïve to BTKi treatment will be randomized 1:1:1 to 1 of 3 treatment arms: (1) emavusertib 200 mg BID, (2) ibrutinib 560 mg QD, or (3) emavusertib 200 mg BID in combination with ibrutinib 560 mg QD.
