The goal of this study is to investigate whether the therapeutic response of pancreatic tumors can be accurately assessed using quantitative DCE-MRI, when the inter/intra-scanner variability is reduced using the Point-of-care Portable Perfusion Phantom, P4. The intra-scanner variability over time leads to errors in therapy monitoring, while the inter-scanner variability impedes the comparison of data among institutes. The P4 is small enough to be imaged concurrently in the bore of a standard MRI scanner with a patient for real-time quality assurance. The P4 is safe, inexpensive and easily operable, thus it has great potential for widespread and routine clinical use for accurate diagnosis, prognosis and therapy monitoring. This study has identified two arms, one arm is healthy individuals that will undergo DCE MRI at three different MRI locations to establish baseline results. The healthy volunteers will undergo these MRIs prior to the second arm, which contains patients with pancreatic cancer. The pancreatic cancer patients will only have DCE MRI done at one location. The association of radioiodine therapy for the treatment of thyroid cancer with nasolacrimal duct obstruction has been well documented in the medical literature. Prior case reports have documented radioactive iodine detection in the tears of patients following radioiodine therapy. It is possible that radioactive uptake by the cells in the lacrimal sac and nasolacrimal duct lead to inflammation, fibrosis, and obstruction of the tear duct over time. A recent study has shown that the administration of artificial tears decreases the level of detectable radioiodine in the tears of patients undergoing radioiodine therapy for thyroid cancer. The purpose of this study will be to assess whether administering tears after radioactive iodine therapy for thyroid cancer decreases the incidence of nasolacrimal duct obstruction in the two years following radioactive iodine treatment. The purpose of this study is to see whether designing radiation to spare the vertebral bone marrow can limit the rates of lymphopenia during standard of care chemoradiation therapy and in the time to count recovery in the ensuing weeks. Secondary endpoints will examine whether this leads to improved disease control whether this is predictive of improved clinical outcomes such as rates of local recurrence (LR), metastasis free survival (MFS), overall survival (OS), and progression free survival (PFS) which will be followed prospectively up to 5 years. This phase II trial studies the effect of sacituzumab govitecan in treating patients with HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain (brain metastases). Sacituzumab govitecan is a monoclonal antibody, called sacituzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called govitecan. Sacituzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules on the surface of cancer cells, known as Trop-2 receptors, and delivers govitecan to kill them. The central goal of this study is to test strategies to implement evidence-based breast cancer risk assessment in healthcare clinics in Tennessee. The BRAVE Strategy (Breast cancer Risk Assessment - achieVing Equity) study aims to assess the feasibility, reach, acceptability, and appropriateness of select customized strategies to increase uptake of breast cancer risk assessment. The investigators will achieve these aims through a conducting a stepped-wedge trial conducted in 10 healthcare clinics in the state of Tennessee. The primary outcome is the proportion of women age 25-49 having risk assessment. Secondary outcomes include the numbers of 1) women identified as high-risk; 2) pursuing risk-adherent screening; and 3) diagnosed with breast cancer. Read Less
