The goal of this study is to determine how a drug class called glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1Ra) affects people during an early stage of Type 1 Diabetes undergoing clinical teplizumab treatment. This study involves giving participants a liquid meal under three different conditions and observing how their bodies respond, focusing on blood sugar levels, insulin effectiveness, and blood vessel function. The first meal test is pre-teplizumab, followed by two post-treatment tests, one with the GLP-1Ra drug and the other with a placebo. Each test involves blood draws before and during the meal test, GLP-1Ra or placebo administration, and an ultrasound to measure blood vessel function. This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and body weight. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine. Doctors may not yet prescribe CagriSema. CagriSema will be compared to a medicine called tirzepatide that doctors may prescribe in some countries. Participants will get either CagriSema or tirzepatide. Which treatment participant get is decided by chance like flipping a coin. Participant will have an equal chance of receiving either drug. CagriSema will be compared to the two medicines semaglutide and cagrilintide, when they are taken alone. CagriSema will also be compared to a "dummy" medicine without any active ingredient. The study will be done in participants who have type 2 diabetes. Participants will take the study medicine together with the current diabetes medicine (metformin with or without an SGLT2 inhibitor). This study compares 2 medicines for type 2 diabetes: semaglutide (new medicine) and a dummy medicine (placebo). Semaglutide will be tested to see how well it works compared to the dummy medicine. The study will also test if semaglutide is safe in children and teenagers. Participants will either get semaglutide or the dummy medicine - which one is decided by chance. Participants will take 1 tablet of the study medicine every morning on an empty stomach. They have to wait 30 minutes before they eat, drink or take any other medication by mouth. The study will last for about 1 year and 3 months (66 weeks). Participants will have 12 clinic visits and 8 phone calls with the study doctor.
