Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the head and neck. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of ABBV-514 as a monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab. Budigalimab and ABBV-514 are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC, HNSCC, and other solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) of ABBV-514 will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of ABBV-514 in monotherapy and in combination with Budigalimab. Approximately 268 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across approximately 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive ABBV-514 as a monotherapy or in combination with Budigalimab as an Intravenous (IV) Infusion for an estimated treatment period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Global, Phase 3, randomized, multicenter, open-label study evaluating the efficacy and safety of furmonertinib (firmonertinib) at 2 dose levels (160 mg once daily \[QD\] and 240 mg QD) compared to platinum-based chemotherapy in previously untreated patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations. The goal of this platform clinical trial is to test how well novel treatment combinations work in participants with lung cancer. Substudy-01 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with metastatic (cancer that has spread) non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not been treated before. Substudy-02 will compare the different novel combination versus standard of care in participants with cancer that has progressed after receiving previous treatment for metastatic NSCLC. This Phase 2, open-label, randomized study in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an intravenously delivered oncolytic vaccinia virus, Olvi-Vec, followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy + Physician's Choice of Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor (ICI) vs. docetaxel for patients with advanced or metastatic NSCLC who have shown first disease progression (i.e., progressive disease not yet confirmed by further scan after initial scan showing progression) while on front-line treatment or maintenance ICI therapy after front-line treatment with platinum-doublet chemotherapy + ICI as standard of care.
