The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a single knee injection of different doses (Dose A and Dose B) of an investigation product PCRX-201, following steroid pretreatment, is safe and tolerable in male of female patients 45 to 80 years old with osteoarthritis of the knee. It will also learn how the body reacts to the PCRX-201 injection and how effective the treatment is. Researchers will compare Dose A and Dose B of PCRX-201 versus placebo from Week 1 through Week 52 to assess adverse events. Researchers will also explore how PCRX-201 may impact knee pain and joint function over time. The goal of the Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid Outcomes Clinical Study is to collect safety and performance data on the commercially available Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid device. The study will learn about standard device use in adult patients who have a functional deltoid muscle and massive and non-repairable rotator cuff tear. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the average improvement in patient-reported shoulder function after 2 years when compared to before the surgery, and * What is the rate of surgical revisions needed over a 10 year period Patients will be asked to will be asked to regularly attend their check-up visits with their surgeon (including having x-rays or CT images taken to check their shoulder and implant), to complete questionnaires to report how their shoulder is doing, and to tell their surgeon when they notice any changes. The objective of the study is to explore the effects of arm exercise (UE, arm ergometer) vs. leg exercise (LE, cycling ergometer) on exercise-induced hypoalgesia (EIH), central pain mechanisms and knee pain in people with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Furthermore, we will explore relations of socioeconomic status, racial discrimination, acculturative stress, and autonomic function to exercise effects on EIH, central pain mechanisms, and knee pain. The goal of the study is to learn if Epidiolex (cannabidiol) works as a additional pain medication in patients who have had orthopedic shoulder surgery. It is also to learn about safe dosages and identify any side effects after surgery. Researchers will compare Epidiolex to a placebo solution to see if Epidiolex lowers pain after shoulder surgery. Participants will: * track their pain and what medications they use every day in a provided pain diary.
