A Phase II Study of Loncastuximab Tesirine as Consolidation Strategy in Patients With LBCL in PR After CAR T-cell Therapy

To learn if loncastuximab tesirine (called "lonca" in this informed consent form) can help to control large B-cell lymphoma that is relapsed or refractory after receiving CAR T-cell therapy. The safety and possible effects of the study therapy will also be studied.

Study of BGB-11417 Monotherapy in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma

The study consists of two parts. Part 1 determines the safety and tolerability of BGB-11417 (sonrotoclax) monotherapy, the maximum tolerated dose, and the recommended Phase 2 dose of BGB-11417 monotherapy for relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma. Part 2 evaluates efficacy of BGB-11417 monotherapy at the recommended Phase 2 dose with recommended ramp-up schedule from Part 1.

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and anti-tumor activity of GEN3017 as a monotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) CD30-expressing lymphomas.
GEN3017 will be administered via subcutaneous injections.
