NGS Screening Protocol to Detect Mutation of KEAP1 or NRF2/NFE2L2 Genes for the KEAPSAKE (CX-839-014) Trial

This is a multicenter screening protocol designed to identify patients with NSCLC who have tumor mutations in the KEAP1 or NRF2/NFE2L2 genes in order to determine potential eligibility for a biomarker selected clinical trial (CX-839-014, otherwise known as the KEAPSAKE trial). Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) present in blood samples collected from eligible patients will be analyzed by next generation sequencing (NGS) for selected biomarkers. A commercial liquid biopsy NGS test will be provided to ...

Conditions: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Non-squamous Non-small-cell Lung Cancer, Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Neoplasm of Lung, KEAP1 Gene Mutation, NRF2 Mutation, NFE2L2 Gene Mutation
Phase: Early Phase 1

Tomivosertib With Anti-PD-(L)1 in Subjects With NSCLC. 1st Line Therapy or Progressing on 1st Line Anti-PD-(L)1 Therapy

A Phase 2, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of tomivosertib in subjects with NSCLC.

Conditions: Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study to Identify Participants With Urothelial Cancer and Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor Gene Aberrations

The purpose of this non-interventional study is to identify participants with urothelial cancer (UC) and selected fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) aberrations through molecular testing of their archival tumor tissue.

Conditions: Urothelial Cancer, Receptors, Fibroblast Growth Factor

A Heart Disease Study of Semaglutide in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

The researchers are doing this study to look whether the type 2 diabetes medicine, semaglutide, has a positive effect on heart disease. Participants will either get semaglutide tablets or placebo tablets ("dummy" medicine) - which treatment is decided by chance. Participants must take one tablet with water every morning on an empty stomach and not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes. The study will last for about 3.5-5 years. Participants will have up to 25 clinic visits and 1 phone ca ...

Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2

A Study to Determine Frequency of DNA-repair Defects in Men With Metastatic Prostate Cancer

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the prevalence of 4 or more DNA-repair gene defects in a population of men with metastatic Prostate Cancer (PC) and to use the reported DNA-repair gene defects to assess biomarker eligibility for niraparib interventional studies.

Conditions: Metastatic Prostate Cancer

Clinical Trial of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy With Atezolizumab or Placebo in Patients With Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Followed After Surgery by Atezolizumab or Placebo

The main purpose of this study is to learn if the usual chemotherapy given before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) for breast cancer plus the experimental drug, atezolizumab, is better than the usual chemotherapy plus a placebo. (A placebo is a drug that looks like the study drug but contains no medication.) The usual chemotherapy in this study is paclitaxel (WP) and carboplatin followed by doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide (AC) or epirubicin and cyclophosphamide (EC). Usually, after neoadjuvant the ...

Conditions: Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Doxorubicin Hydrochloride and Cyclophosphamide Followed by Paclitaxel With or Without Carboplatin in Treating Patients With Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

This randomized phase III trial studies how well doxorubicin hydrochloride and cyclophosphamide followed by paclitaxel with or without carboplatin work in treating patients with triple-negative breast cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whethe ...

Prospective Data Bank Creation to Study Vaginal Conditions

The purpose of this study is to identify and elucidate the pattern and perhaps role of atypical proteins, cytokines and vaginal microbial flora in the pathogenic mechanisms involved in the development of vulvodynia, recurrent fungal and bacterial vaginosis and preterm labor.

Conditions: Vulvodynia, Mycoses, Bacterial Vaginosis, Preterm Labor

Connect® Myeloid Disease Registry

The purpose of the Connect® Myeloid disease registry is to provide unique insights into treatment decisions and treatment patterns as they relate to clinical outcomes of patients with myeloid diseases in routine clinical practice. This disease registry will also evaluate molecular and cellular markers that may provide further prognostic classification which may or may not be predictive of therapy and clinical outcomes.

Conditions: Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Primary Myelofibrosis, Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute

Web Based Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Registry

The purpose of this study is to establish an international, web based clinical registry to collect baseline characteristics of patients undergoing orthopaedic, sports medicine, arthroscopy, and related surgery, and the subsequent outcomes and cost-effectiveness associated with the surgical procedures and nonoperative treatments.

Conditions: Degenerative and Traumatic Pathology of the Knee, Degenerative and Traumatic Pathology of the Shoulder and Elbow, Degenerative and Traumatic Pathology of the Foot and Ankle, Degenerative and Traumatic Pathology of the Hand and Wrist, Degenerative and Traumatic Pathology of the Hip
