The goal of this Phase 3 clinical trial is study the safety and efficacy of the nextgen anti-CTLA-4 antibody, gotistobart (ONC-392/BNT316), in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have disease progressed on anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibody based therapy. The study will test whether gotistobart, in comparison with chemotherapy agent docetaxel, could prolong the life for NSCLC patients. Patients will be randomized to be treated with either gotistobart or docetaxel, IV infusion, once every 21 days, for up to 17 cycles in approximately one year. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of sisunatovir. Sisunatovir is studied for the possible treatment of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). RSV is a virus that causes lung infections with cold-like symptoms, but it can cause severe illness in some people. Sisunatovir is studied in adults: who are not admitted to the hospital and who have high chances of having a severe illness from RSV infection. This study is seeking participants who: Are confirmed to have RSV. Have symptoms of a lung infection. Are 18 years of age or older. Have one or more of the following which increases the chances of RSV illness: A long-term lung disease. heart failure. a condition that weakens the immune system. Are 65 years of age or older and do not have any of the conditions above Half of the participants in this study will receive sisunatovir. The other half will receive a placebo for 5 days. Placebo looks same like the study medicine but does not have any medication. Both sisunatovir and placebo will be taken by mouth. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving sisunatovir to those of the people who do not. This will help decide if sisunatovir is safe and effective. Participants will attend about 8-10 study visits over 5 weeks. During this time, they will have: visits at the study clinic, blood work, swabs of the nose, questionnaires, a follow-up phone call. This prospective longitudinal study will compare incidence rates of Medicare beneficiary surgical and minimally invasive intervention post index procedure, as well as harms associated with the MILD procedure, at 24 months post-treatment with MILD, tested against a control group of similar patients that have had a comparable procedure. A prospective multicenter study enrolling high surgical risk patients with severe mitral annular calcification (MAC) and symptomatic mitral valve dysfunction (severe stenosis, ≥ moderate to severe regurgitation, or mixed ≥ moderate stenosis and ≥ regurgitation). There are 2 Arms in this study: 1) "Transseptal (TS) Valve-in-MAC" (ViMAC) Arm, and 2) Natural History of Disease Registry (NHDR) for patients treated with medical treatment only (which includes patients who meet inclusion criteria but can't be treated with transeptal ViMAC due to the presence of anatomical exclusion criteria or other exclusion criteria) and have not had other procedures that may impact outcomes (i.e., alcohol septal ablation or radiofrequency ablation). The study also includes a Registry of Permanently Unassigned" for subjects who undergo preemptive septal ablation procedures (alcohol or radiofrequency) in anticipation of continuing onto ViMAC arm, but are not accepted in the ViMAC Study arm or the patient chooses not to undergo ViMAC procedure.
