This international multi-center registry is used to collect existing information and outcomes for patients undergoing an operation for treatment of injuries to the brain including the blockage of blood flow to an area of the brain, an abnormal ballooning of an artery, abnormal tangling of blood vessels, abnormal formation of blood vessels, tearing of vein, and bleeding in the brain. This information is used to help predict outcomes that undergo an operation for treatment of the above-listed brain injuries. Overview of Research Design and Objectives This study is a prospective, concurrent cohort study aimed at evaluating the reliability of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) as a discharge criterion for patients with chronic lower back pain (LBP) undergoing physical therapy. The primary objective is to identify a benchmark FMS score that correlates with a low risk of recurrence and high levels of functional performance post-discharge. Specific Aims and Hypotheses The study specifically aims to: Assess the effectiveness of FMS in determining discharge readiness for chronic LBP patients. The hypothesis is that a specific threshold score on the FMS can reliably indicate a patient\'s readiness for discharge, reducing the risk of recurrence and ensuring better long-term functional outcomes. Rationale for the Study Chronic LBP is a prevalent condition requiring multidisciplinary management. The FMS, widely used in athletic and military settings, has potential utility in clinical management of chronic LBP, particularly in establishing discharge criteria. This study seeks to explore this potential, addressing a gap in evidence regarding discharge benchmarks for chronic LBP patients. Procedures The study involves 50 chronic LBP patients from the Texas Back Institute. Participants will undergo their standard physical therapy regimen, supplemented by regular FMS assessments to evaluate discharge readiness. Assessments include a series of functional tasks, with scores ranging from 0 to 3 for each task, culminating in a total possible score of 21. Risks and Anticipated Benefits Risks are minimal, akin to those in low-intensity exercises. Benefits include improved discharge criteria for chronic LBP patients, potentially enhancing long-term outcomes. All procedures adhere to Good Clinical Practice and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act guidelines. This study\'s risks include potential loss of confidentiality, psychological, and physical risks. Physical risks are minimal, similar to those in low-intensity exercises like squatting and lunging. To protect confidentiality, data will be managed in compliance with Good Clinical Practice and HIPAA guidelines, with encryption and secure storage. Psychological and physical risks are mitigated through thorough instruction, practice trials, and breaks for participants. Additionally, trained study personnel can terminate a participant\'s involvement at any point for safety reasons. Outcomes The study will report on the average FMS score correlating with discharge readiness and the variance in scores across different functional assessments. Statistical Analysis Data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and repeated measures ANOVA or Friedman Test, with a significance level set at α=0.05. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, extent of the side effects, and immune responses of the study vaccine (called variant-adapted BNT162b2 RNA-based vaccine) in healthy children. The trial is divided into 5 individual studies or substudies based on age group and prior history of COVID-19 vaccinations. All participants in each of the 5 sub-studies will receive study vaccine as a shot depending on what group they are in. * Substudy A design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 4 years 3 months of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naïve) and will receive 3 doses of study vaccine as their initial series, followed by a fourth dose of study vaccine. Phase 2/3 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive 1, 2, or 3 doses of study vaccine, depending on what group they are in. * Substudy B design: includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have either received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. * Substudy C design: Phase 1 includes participants 6 months through less than 5 years of age who have received 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their fourth dose. * Substudy D design: includes participants 5 through less than12 years of age who have received 2 or 3 prior doses of BNT162b2 and will receive study vaccine as their third or fourth dose. * Substudy E design: includes participants 2 through less than 12 years of age who have not received a previous coronavirus vaccination (COVID-19 vaccine naive) and will receive a single dose of study vaccine. The ascending aorta conducts blood from the heart to the rest of the body. The ascending aorta can become enlarged, and the risk of tearing and rupturing becomes higher with larger aorta. When the ascending aorta tears or ruptures, the risk dying is high even if surgery is done as soon as possible. Traditionally, when the ascending aorta gets above 5.5 cm, surgery is recommended to replace the aorta. However, this threshold is based relatively weak evidence, and sometimes patients with smaller aorta can tear or rupture. On the other hand, surgery carries its own risk as well. Since there are risk of waiting or doing surgery, there is currently no great support for either approach for patients with a smaller aorta. In the TITAN SvS trial, patients with an ascending aorta between 5.0 to 5.5 cm is assigned by chance to the early surgery group, in which they will undergo replacement of aorta, or the surveillance group, in which they will be closely monitored. The chance of dying or suffer tearing or rupture of aorta between the two groups will be compared. The result of the trial will guide future practice for patients with enlarged ascending aorta. This is a prospective, multi-centre randomized control trial that compares the all-cause mortality, aneurysm-related aortic events, rate of stroke, and quality of life for those patients undergoing early elective ascending aortic surgery to those patients undergoing surveillance. Patients referred for an ascending aortic aneurysm that meets the inclusion criteria will be randomized to the early elective surgery group or the surveillance group. Recruitment will end when the desired sample size is reached, and the patients will be followed for a minimum 2-year period. The primary objective of the trial is to compare the composite outcome of the all-cause mortality and incidence of acute aortic events between surveillance and elective ascending aortic surgery for patients with degenerative or bicuspid valve-related ascending aortic aneurysm after 2 years of follow up. The hypothesis is that the early surgery group will have a significantly lower all-cause mortality and incidence of acute aortic events at 2 years of follow up compare to the surveillance group. The result of this trial will provide evidence based guidance in the appropriate management of ascending aortic aneurysm based on the size criteria, and establish a large database for future investigations. This is a prospective, open-label, consecutive enrollment, multi-center, U.S. registry of patients with intracranial aneurysms who are treated with the Optima Coil System. The primary objective of this registry is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the OptimaTM Coil System, including the OptiMAX Coils, in the real-world treatment of intracranial aneurysms. The primary objective of this study is to analyze smart phone-based Transdermal Optical Imaging (TOI) features to develop a model that can discern hydration status, including: 1) at various timepoints throughout a 24-hour period in healthy adults from the general population (GENPOP), and 2) before and after a team coach-led training session in athletes competing in a sport (ATHLETE).
