This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study evaluating the effects of two distinct Qualia NAD⁺ formulations on intracellular NAD⁺ levels in healthy adults aged 35-75 years. Effectiveness of Qualia NAD+ Supplementation on NAD Levels

The current study is designed as a randomized double-blind placebo-controlled parallel trial. It aims to investigate the efficacy of Qualia NAD+ on intracellular NAD levels in blood samples (primary outcomes) and health-related quality of life (secondary outcomes) in an adult population experiencing moderate to severe joint pain between ages of 40 and 65 years.

Effectiveness of Qualia NAD+ Supplementation on Intracellular NAD Levels

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if Qualia NAD+ effectively increases NAD+ levels in the blood and to evaluate its safety. Researchers will compare Qualia NAD+ to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no active drug) to assess its efficacy in increasing NAD+ levels in the blood. Participants will: Take Qualia NAD+ or a placebo every day for 4 weeks. Undergo blood tests before and after the trial.

IV Administration of ChromaDex's Niagen® as Compared to NAD+

This is a 2-part study evaluating the effects of IV administration of NR on healthy adult populations. Study 1 involved all four arms with 37 people. The second study only included the active NR and NAD+ arms to further evaluate tolerability and comfort of the IV.
