A Study to Investigate Vaccine Responses in Subcutaneous Amlitelimab Treated Atopic Dermatitis Participants Aged 18 Years and Older Compared With Placebo
Recruiting
This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in... Evaluation of Persistence of Anti-meningococcal Bactericidal Antibodies Among Adolescents Who Previously Received MenACWY Conjugate Vaccine
Completed
The primary objective is to evaluate the persistence of bactericidal antibodies in adolescents previously enrolled in the V59P13 study who received either Novartis MenACWY Conjugate Vaccine or commercially available MenACWY conjugate vaccine. The study will also enroll age-matched subjects who have never received any other meningococcal vaccine (naïve subjects) to serve as an additional control group.

Vaccine Therapy Plus Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer That Has Been Completely Removed in Surgery
Completed
RATIONALE: Vaccines may make the body build an immune response to kill tumor cells. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Combining these two treatments may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combining vaccine therapy with radiation therapy in treating patients who have stage II or stage IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been completely removed in surgery.
