This randomized phase III trial studies Tokyo-172 strain bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) solution with or without a vaccination using Tokyo-172 strain BCG to see how well it works compared with TICE BCG solution in treating patients with bladder cancer that has not spread to muscle. BCG is a non-infectious bacteria that when instilled into the bladder may stimulate the immune system to fight bladder cancer. Trimer 4571 is a vaccine designed to stimulate the development of broadly neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) against HIV. Trimer 4571 is investigational, meaning it is not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). There is limited human experience with the Trimer 4571 vaccine administered with aluminum hydroxide (alum) and the vaccine has not been tested in people with HIV prior to this study although it has been tested in healthy volunteers. This phase II trial compares the effect of initial vaccination (PCV20 followed by PSV23) with yearly vaccinations of PSV23 to the standard 5 year vaccination in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. At present chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients are poorly protected by anti-pneumococcal vaccination. Current vaccination schedule for chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients is based on general recommendations in immunocompromised patients (initial vaccination with PCV13 followed by one dose of PSV23 after an interval of two months, followed by revaccination at 5 years). The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effects of a combined influenza and COVID-19 vaccine. This combined vaccine is compared to separate vaccines for the protection against influenza and SARS-CoV-2. Influenza and COVID-19 are diseases that can spread easily from one person to another and cause body aches, fever, cough, and other symptoms. Giving both influenza and COVID-19 vaccines together against influenza and SARS-CoV-2 could provide great benefits to both patients and caregivers in terms of simple and easy care. Around 8550 participants will be assigned into 1 of 8 vaccination groups (Group A, B, C, D, E, F, G or H) by chance. Cohort 1: Approximately 450 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group A:Influenza and COVID-19 combination A vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and placebo (an injection consisting of just salt water and no medicines in it) in the opposite arm. * Group B: COVID-19 vaccine, given at the same time to one arm and licensed influenza vaccine in the opposite arm. Cohort 2: Approximately 4500 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group C: Influenza and COVID-19 combination B vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and placebo in the opposite arm. * Group D: COVID-19 vaccine, given at the same time in one arm and licenced influenza vaccine in the opposite arm. Cohort 3: Approximately 3600 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: * Group E: Influenza and COVID-19 combination B vaccine. * Group F: COVID-19 vaccine. * Group G: Licenced influenza vaccine. * Group H: Investigational influenza vaccine. All participants in cohort 1 and cohort 2 will receive 2 injections and participants in cohort 3 will receive 1 injection as per their assigned study group at Visit 1. This is a phase 3, randomized, double-blind, active comparator-controlled study of the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of V116 compared to PCV20 (pneumococcal 20-valent conjugate vaccine (\[Prevnar 20™ / APEXXNAR™\]) in pneumococcal vaccine-naïve adults. It is hypothesized that V116 is noninferior to PCV20 for the common serotypes and superior to PCV20 for the unique serotypes as assessed by serotype specific opsonophagocytic activity (OPA) 30 days postvaccination. It is also hypothesized that V116 in participants 18 to 49 years of age immunobridges to V116 in participants 50 to 64 years of age as assessed by serotype specific OPA geometric mean titers (GMTs) 30 days postvaccination for all 21 serotypes in V116. The purpose of this Phase III study is to assess the efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of two CoV2 preS dTM-AS03 vaccines (monovalent and bivalent) as part of primary series vaccinations in a multi-stage approach, as well as a booster injection of a CoV2 preS dTM-AS03 vaccine, in adults 18 years of age and older. A total of approximately 21 046 participants are planned to be enrolled (5080 per study intervention group in Stage 1 and 5443 per study intervention group in Stage 2).
