This is an open-label, multi-site study of apalutamide with carotuximab in patients who have progressed on androgen receptor signaling inhibitor (ARSI) therapy. This study will begin with a safety assessment in the first 10 subjects (part 1: Safety Lead-in). If the combination is deemed safe, the trial will proceed to the Phase II stage. The purpose of this study is to compare progression free survival (PFS) between patients receiving apalutamide and apalutamide + carotuximab using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) and Prostate Cancer Working Group 3. The secondary objectives are to describe adverse events related to the intervention, overall response rate (ORR), proportion of patients resistant to apalutamide that benefit from the addition of carotuximab, and to determine the ORR, radiographic PFS, and biochemical PFS in the overall population. The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cancer outside of the prostate gland may be asked to undergo additional diagnostic test(s) and/or recommend certain treatment(s) for prostate cancer within 2 to 90 days after the study scan. Participants will be monitored for up to 12 months to collecting information about treatment they receive for prostate cancer and results of regular PSA blood draws if ordered by doctors for up to 12 months after the study scan. This is an open-label, phase 1b dose-escalation study of cabozantinib in combination with 177Lu-PSMA-617 in subjects with mCRPC. The primary hypothesis is that cabozantinib with 177Lu-PSMA will be safe and have efficacy in patients with mCRPC. This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving olaparib for one year with or without bevacizumab may be effective in treating patients with BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer, when compared to two years of olaparib. This phase II trial tests whether cabozantinib and atezolizumab work to shrink tumors in patients with castrate-resistant prostate cancer that had spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cabozantinib and atezolizumab may kill more tumor cells in patients with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer. Read Less

This is a Phase I trial evaluating the safety of personalized radiation therapy based on levels of hypoxia identified on FMISO-PET and MRI. All patients will receive a baseline FMISO positron emission tomography (PET) and MRI to identify levels of hypoxia. Patients with tumor hypoxia will receive a higher dose of radiation therapy. Subjects who do not have hypoxic tumors will be treated with the standard-of-care radiation regimen. After fraction 10 of radiation therapy, an additional MRI will be performed. If this interim MRI demonstrates little or no response (as defined in Section 6), an optional boost radiation dose can be administered. Trial enrollment will be conducted in two parts. In Part 1, eight patients will be enrolled. After all eight patients have completed the 30 day dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) period, enrollment will be placed on hold and safety will be evaluated. During the interim analysis, one additional patient will be allowed to be enrolled in the trial. If the trial meets stopping rules as described in Section 11.3, the trial will be re-evaluated by the Data and Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC) and the Principal Investigator. However, if the rate of DLTs remains below the unacceptable toxicity rate, enrollment will open to the enrollment of eight more patients. Read Less

The purpose of the SENTRY (Stability Enhanced Transcriptional Analytics) Study is to test whether combining a unique analytical approach with changes in platelet RNA expression accurately diagnoses ovarian cancer. Using retrospective data, the investigators have developed an approach that appears to accurately classify ovarian cancer with relatively high sensitivity and specificity. The SENTRY Study will build upon these retrospective analyses to prospectively recruit women with ovarian cancer or an ovarian mass (and healthy control women), obtain platelet RNA samples from whole blood, and perform validation analyses to test our hypothesis.
