The purpose of the SENTRY (Stability Enhanced Transcriptional Analytics) Study is to test whether combining a unique analytical approach with changes in platelet RNA expression accurately diagnoses ovarian cancer. Using retrospective data, the investigators have developed an approach that appears to accurately classify ovarian cancer with relatively high sensitivity and specificity. The SENTRY Study will build upon these retrospective analyses to prospectively recruit women with ovarian cancer or an ovarian mass (and healthy control women), obtain platelet RNA samples from whole blood, and perform validation analyses to test our hypothesis. The goal of this clinical trial is to test the use of creatine monohydrate supplementation with resistance training to preserve muscle mass and help lessen prostate cancer progression. The main question it aims to answer is if this treatment will help maintain muscle mass to help in reducing fatigue and improving physical function, independence, and quality of life. Rather than influencing regulatory decisions or clinical guidelines, the goal of this trial is to refine treatment selection among existing therapeutic options, ensuring that care is tailored to individual patient characteristics. Additionally, by generating real-world evidence, these findings will inform the design and implementation of future clinical trials. The goal of this open label, randomized, controlled clinical trial is to assess the benefits of providing Reiki therapy to subjects receiving their first brachytherapy treatment for gynecological malignancies. Participants will either receive a session of Reiki therapy or usual care during the standard wait time between the placement of the brachytherapy device and brachytherapy treatment. Questionnaires will be administered at various time points on the day of the participant's first brachytherapy treatment as well as at the three month follow-up time point. Researchers will compare the intervention (Reiki therapy) and control (usual care) groups to assess the impact of the Reiki therapy on anxiety, pain, state anxiety, depression, and physiological measurements. This phase III trial compares the effect of modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan (mFOLFIRINOX) to modified fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX) for the treatment of advanced, unresectable, or metastatic HER2 negative esophageal, gastroesophageal junction, and gastric adenocarcinoma. The usual approach for patients is treatment with FOLFOX chemotherapy. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Fluorouracil stops cells from making DNA and it may kill tumor cells. Leucovorin is used with fluorouracil to enhance the effects of the drug. Oxaliplatin works by killing, stopping, or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Some patients also receive an immunotherapy drug, nivolumab, in addition to FOLFOX chemotherapy. Immunotherapy may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Irinotecan blocks certain enzymes needed for cell division and DNA repair, and it may kill tumor cells. Adding irinotecan to the FOLFOX regimen could shrink the cancer and extend the life of patients with advanced gastroesophageal cancers. Read Less

This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. In addition, the protocol includes non-match sub-studies which will include all screened patients not eligible for any of the biomarker-driven sub-studies. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to determine if different video based coping strategies can help patients undergoing surgery for cancer can improve patients pain and distress after surgery for their cancer. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Is it possible to use video-based coping strategies to help manage pain and distress after surgery? * Is one type of coping strategy better than another? Researchers will compare mindfulness-based coping strategies (e.g., guided meditation, expressive writing, etc.) with non-mindfulness coping strategies (e.g., support from social workers and the wellness center, health education, etc.) to understand how these can help in post-surgery recovery, pain management, and distress. Participants will: * Provide their full name, date of surgery, e-mail address, and phone number and agree to be contacted via email or text messaging. * Fill out some questionnaires before surgery, which should take 10-15 minutes. * Be assigned to one of three coping strategies. * Review a video (about 15-20 minutes long) or links to online resources before surgery and respond to questions about pain and distress before and after viewing these materials. * Review additional videos or links 2, 3, and 4 days after surgery and respond to questions about pain and distress before and after viewing these materials. * Complete additional questionnaires 2 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months after surgery. This is an open-label, single arm, single center, non-randomized feasibility study of the Muse MRgFUS System in subjects with breast cancer. Subjects will undergo partial ablation of half (≤50%) of one of their tumors (if multifocal or multicentric disease) followed by surgical resection per standard of care. The partial tumor ablation design will ensure that no information is lost that would impact the subject's standard of clinical care. Because current care often includes testing on the tumor, retaining a portion of viable tumor is advised by the clinical team. To ensure viable tissue confirmation, patients will be enrolled in two cohorts as described in the protocol. The investigators will use imaging correlation, histological evaluation, and subject reported outcomes to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the Muse MRgFUS System. This proposed study will adhere to the guidelines of subjects receiving a timely tumor resection after diagnosis. All subjects will undergo the definitive procedure of surgical resection per standard of care. Surgical resection cannot be delayed as a result of the ablation and should occur within 6 weeks after the decision to proceed with surgical resection. In cases where a surgery may occur outside of the 6 week window, prior approval from the external DSMC should be obtained. While MRgFUS ablation is designed to be a breast-conserving technique, the investigators will enroll patients that are undergoing any surgical resection, including both lumpectomy or mastectomy. Both surgical procedures will allow assessment of the defined primary, secondary and exploratory objectives. Read Less

This research is being done because there is a need to improve cancer risk communication and decision-making among adolescents and young adults. In this study, the investigators are looking at whether using a chatbot and online portal for cancer risk information helps improve communication and decision-making. * Over 70,000 adolescents and young adults (AYAs) are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. every year and up to 10% have genetic changes (or, mutations) that put them at a higher risk of developing new cancers during their lifetimes. These genetic mutations can result in cancer risk syndromes (such as, Lynch Syndrome or Li-Fraumeni Syndrome). Identifying cancer risk syndromes can allow for screening and early diagnosis of future cancers, which could ultimately save lives and offer more care choices for patients. As a result, genetic counseling and testing for cancer risk syndromes is being recommended more for Adolescents and Young Adults with new cancer diagnoses, regardless of family history. * This research study to develop an intervention called AYA-RISE that aims to assist AYAs with cancer risk communication and decision-making around their caregivers.
