The Sponsor is developing a progestin-only contraceptive transdermal system (patch). The primary purpose of the study is to understand how well the study drug can eliminate abnormal plasma cells and laboratory signs of high-risk monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (HR-MGUS) and non high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma (NHR-SMM). This requires understanding the safety and tolerability of the study drug (how the body reacts to linvoseltamab) as well as the effectiveness of the study drug (how well linvoseltamab eliminates plasma cells). All participants will start treatment with gradually increasing doses of linvoseltamab (step-up doses) before they start receiving the assigned full dose. The study is split into 2 parts: * In Part 1, separate groups of 3-6 patients will receive different full doses of linvoseltamab to evaluate the short-term side effects (safety) and tolerability of the study drug within the first 5 weeks after starting treatment. The data collected will help to make a decision about the dosing regimens chosen for Part 2. * In Part 2, a larger number of participants will be randomized to different dosing regimens to further assess the side effects of linvoseltamab, and to evaluate the ability of linvoseltamab to eliminate abnormal plasma cells in HR-MGUS and NHR-SMM. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * How many participants treated with linvoseltamab have improvement of their HR-MGUS or NHR-SMM? * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug? * How much study drug is in the blood at different times? * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). Ten patients with PAH who are stable and eligible to initiate sotatercept therapy will participate in a 26 week study that consists of a 24-week intervention period where patients will receive complimentary sotatercept as prescribed, plus a tailored, progressive home exercise program with wrist-worn fitness tracker and oxygen saturation monitoring. This trial will look at a drug called SEA-CD70 with and without azacitidine, to find out if it is safe for participants with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It will study SEA-CD70 to find out what its side effects are and if it works for AML and MDS. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. This study will have seven groups or "parts." * Part A will find out how much SEA-CD70 should be given to participants * Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SEA-CD70 is and if it works to treat participants with MDS. * Part C will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SEA-CD70 is and if it works to treat participants with AML. * Part D will find out how much SEA-CD70 with azacitidine should be given to participants * Part E will use the dose found in Part D to find out how safe SEA-CD70 with azacitidine is and if it works to treat participants with MDS or MDS/AML that has not been treated. * Part F will use the dose found in Part D to find out how safe SEA-CD70 with azacitidine is and if it works to treat participants with MDS or MDS/AML. * Part G will find out how much SEA-CD70 with azacitidine and with venetoclax should be given to participants with AML. Also, to evaluate safety and tolerability of PF-08046040 in combination with azacitidine and venetoclax in participants with previously untreated AML who are unfit for standard induction chemotherapy. This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of cochlear implantation for adults with bilateral sensorineural hearing loss who currently do not meet the FDA-approved indications for cochlear implantation. The main purpose of the study is to understand how safe and tolerable is elranatamab when given along with iberdomide. There are 2 parts to this study. Part 1 will look at how safe and tolerable is elranatamab when given with iberdomide. Part 2 will look at the correct amount of this combination that can be given to patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Myeloma is a type of cancer that begins in plasma cells (white blood cells that produce antibodies). Refractory means a disease or condition that does not respond to treatment. Relapsed means the return of a disease after a period of improvement. All study medicines are given in cycles that last 28 days. Everyone taking part in this study will receive elranatamab as a shot under the skin. Iberdomide will be taken by mouth once a day for 21 days over a 28-day cycle. Participants will receive study medicine until: * their disease progresses or, * they experience unacceptable side effects or, * they choose to no longer take part in the study. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and can be used for multiple myeloma treatment. Read Less

This phase II trial tests whether loncastuximab tesirine works to shrink tumors in patients with B-cell malignancies that have come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Loncastuximab tesirine is a monoclonal antibody, called loncastuximab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called tesirine. Loncastuximab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as CD19 receptors, and delivers tesirine to kill them. Read Less
