The main aim of this study is to learn if TAK-279 reduces bowel inflammation and symptoms compared to placebo. Another aim is to compare any medical problems that participants have when they take TAK-279 or placebo and how well the participants tolerate any problems. The participants will take capsules of either TAK-279 or placebo for up to 3 months (12 weeks). Then all the participants will receive TAK-279 for the rest of the treatment part of the study (1 year or 52 weeks). During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of FH-FOLR1 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells in treating pediatric patients with FOLR1+ acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent) or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). CAR T-cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a FOLR1 on the patient's cancer cells is added to the T cells in the laboratory. The special receptor is called a chimeric antigen receptor. Large numbers of the CAR T cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion for treatment of certain cancers. Chemotherapy drugs, such as fludarabine and cyclophosphamide, are given to a patient before the manufactured FH-FOLR1 CAR T cells are infused back into the patient to assist in the CAR T cell activity in the patient. The purpose of this Phase 1, first in human open-label study is to assess the safety and tolerability of TRX-103 in patients with hematological malignancies undergoing HLA-mismatched related or unrelated hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study vaccine (called COMIRNATY) for the potential prevention of COVID-19. This study is seeking participants who: 1. Are age \<21 years. 2. Have presentation to participating medical center with evaluation in Emergency Room and/or hospitalization. 3. Received either the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or booster dose(s) of COMIRNATY within 7 days of symptom onset. 4. Meet criteria of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention case definition of probable or confirmed myocarditis/pericarditis 5. Are capable of giving signed informed consent/assent (by parents/legal guardians of minors and/or patients), which includes compliance with the requirements and restrictions listed in the Informed Consent/Assent Document and in this protocol OR meets criteria for waiver of consent. This study will examine the potential long-term effects associated with myocarditis/pericarditis following vaccination with COMIRNATY. The association of myocarditis/pericarditis in participants who received the study vaccine (COMIRNATY) compared with those associated with COVID-19 will also be examined. This will help us determine if COMIRNATY is safe and effective, and if there is a myocarditis/pericarditis association that should be noted. Pancreatic cancer is difficult to diagnose early. By the time people have been diagnosed, the cancer has usually spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). The standard treatment is chemotherapy, but other treatments are needed to improve outcomes in people with pancreatic cancer. In this study, zolbetuximab will be given together with chemotherapy to people with pancreatic cancer. Zolbetuximab attaches to a protein called CLDN18.2 found at high levels on the surface of the cancer tumor. This switches on the immune system to attack the tumor. Adults 18 years or older with metastatic pancreatic cancer who have not previously had chemotherapy can take part in the study. There are 2 main aims of this study: * To check the safety of zolbetuximab, when given with chemotherapy in people with metastatic pancreatic cancer * To check if people could cope with (tolerate) any medical problems during the study This is an open-label study. This means people in the study and the study doctors will know that people will receive zolbetuximab with chemotherapy. Different small groups will receive lower to higher doses of zolbetuximab with chemotherapy. Zolbetuximab and chemotherapy will be given through a vein. This is called an infusion. People will receive zolbetuximab on the first day they receive chemotherapy. This will happen every 14 days in a 28-day cycle. People will receive zolbetuximab and chemotherapy in the study clinic and at home. Also, doctors will check for any medical problems. People will also have a health check including blood tests. On some visits they will also have scans to check for any changes in their cancer. People will visit the study clinic about 7 days after they stop treatment. They will be asked about any medical problems and will have a health check including blood tests. After this, people will have several more visits to the study clinic for health checks. In this observational study researcher want to learn more about the effectiveness of drug VITRAKVI (generic name: larotrectinib) and how well the drug is tolerated during routine use in patients with TRK fusion cancer which is locally advanced or spread from the place where it started to other places in the body. TRK fusion cancer is a term used to describe a variety of common and rare cancers that are caused by a change to the NTRK (Neurotrophic Tyrosine Kinase) gene called a fusion. During this fusion, an NTRK gene joins together, or fuses, with a different gene. This joining results in the activation of certain proteins (TRK fusion proteins), which can cause cancer cells to multiply and form a tumor. VITRAKVI is an approved drug that blocks the action of the NTRK gene fusion. This study will enroll adult and paediatric patients suffering from a solid tumor with NTRK gene fusion for whom the decision to treat their disease with VITRAKVI has been made by their treating physicians. During the study, patients' medical information such as treatment information with VITRAKVI, other medication or treatments, changes in disease status and other health signs and symptoms will be collected within the normal medical care by the treating doctor. The objective of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, and anti-leukemic activity of S227928 as single agent and in combination with venetoclax, and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of this combination. The study will begin as a Phase 1 Dose Escalation study to determine the RP2D and then will transition to a Phase 2 Dose Expansion study to assess the efficacy of the selected RP2D. During the treatment period participants will have study visits every two weeks, with additional visits occurring during the first and second cycle. Approximately 30 days after treatment has ended, an end-of-treatment visit will occur and then participants will be followed for survival every 12 weeks for the next 6 months.
