This study is researching an experimental drug called linvoseltamab, also called REGN5458. Linvoseltamab has previously been studied by itself (without other cancer drugs) in participants who had advanced multiple myeloma that returned and needed to be treated again after many other therapies had failed. These participants were no longer benefiting from standard medications and had no good treatment options. In that study, some participants who were treated with linvoseltamab had improvement of their myeloma (shrinkage of their tumors), including some participants who had complete responses (that is, the treatment got rid of all evidence of myeloma in their bodies). This study is focused on participants who have multiple myeloma that has returned or needs to be treated again after one to four prior treatments and have standard cancer treatment options available to them. The aim of this study is to see how safe and effective linvoseltamab is compared to a combination of three cancer drugs: elotuzumab, pomalidomide and dexamethasone, (called EPd) in participants who have returned after having received prior treatment that included lenalidomide, a proteosome inhibitor, and (for participants in some countries) a cluster of differentiation 38 (CD38) antibody. Half of the participants in this study will get linvoseltamab, and the other half will get EPd. This study is looking at several other research questions, including: * How long participants benefit from receiving linvoseltamab compared with EPd * How many participants treated with linvoseltamab or EPd have improvement of their multiple myeloma and by how much * What side effects happen from taking linvoseltamab compared to EPd * How long participants live while receiving treatment or after treatment with linvoseltamab compared to EPd * If there is any improvement in pain after treatment with linvoseltamab compared to EPd Read Less

This study is evaluating the safety, effectiveness, and how the body absorbs, distributes, and eliminates GLM101, for participants with PMM2-CDG, including children, adolescents, and adults. Researchers will compare participants receiving GLM101 to those receiving a placebo to see if GLM101 improves symptoms of PMM2-CDG. The study includes two treatment parts: a 24-week double blind placebo-controlled treatment period (Part A), and a 24-week open-label phase where every participant will receive GLM101(Part B). Hypothalamic obesity (HO) refers to the substantial weight gain that often complicates hypothalamic brain tumors. Children with this treatment-recalcitrant form of obesity have excess rates of metabolic sequelae compared to otherwise healthy children with similar obesity, and later experience excess mortality related to cardiometabolic disease. In this pilot trial, our objective is to gather key preliminary data about phentermine/topiramate (Ph/T) that is FDA-approved for "common" obesity but has never been tested in HO. The subset of individuals with HO who experience hyperphagia or excess daytime sleepiness may benefit from the Ph/T-induced decrease in appetite and increase in alertness. Preliminary assessments of safety, adverse events, dosing (Aim 1), as well as of efficacy (% BMI loss, Aim 2) will be made in a 28-week parallel-arm double-blinded Phase 2 placebo-controlled clinical trial in 6-28-year-old individuals with HO. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if participants treated with the experimental drug cusatuzumab added to venetoclax and azacitidine works to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML) compared to venetoclax and azacitidine. Venetoclax and azacitidine are drugs commonly used to treat AML in patients that are unable to receive chemotherapy to treat AML.
