BDTX-4933-101 is a first-in-human, open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation and an expansion cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the preliminary recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D), and antitumor activity of BDTX-4933. The study population for the Dose Escalation part of the study comprises adults with recurrent advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring KRAS non-G12C mutations, BRAF, or CRAF (RAF1) mutations, advanced/metastatic melanoma harboring BRAF or NRAS mutations, histiocytic neoplasms harboring BRAF, CRAF, or NRAS mutations, and other solid tumors harboring BRAF mutations. The study population for the Dose Expansion part of the study comprises adults with recurrent advanced/metastatic NSCLC harboring KRAS non-G12C mutations. This phase II trial compares the effect of belumosudil to a placebo in treating patients with chronic graft versus host disease. Chronic graft versus host disease remains a major complication of stem cell transplantation and can involve multiple organ systems. Belumosudil is a ROCK2 selective inhibitor that works to reduce the immune system response causing the chronic graft versus host disease. Giving belumosudil may better treat patients with chronic graft versus host disease and prevent the need for starting additional immune suppressive medications. Read Less

This is a phase 1, open-label, non-randomized study enrolling pediatric and young adult research participants with treatment-refractory Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), to examine the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of administering T cell products derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) that have been genetically modified to express CD19 specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) A child or young adult meeting all eligibility criteria and meeting none of the exclusion criteria will have their T cells collected. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects and best dose of decoy-resistant interleukin-18 (DR-18) and how well it works in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that remains despite treatment (persistent) after hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). HCT is the only curative therapy for most forms of AML and MDS. However, relapse occurs in a third of patients and is the most common cause of death after HCT. DR-18, a variant of the human cytokine interleukin-18, binds to IL-18 binding probein (IL-18BP) and overcomes the inhibitory effect of the IL-18BP on IL-18, which may boost the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving DR-18 may be safe, tolerable and/or effective in treating patient with relapsed or persistent AML or MDS after HCT. Read Less

This trial tests how well a remotely-delivered nutrition and culinary intervention works to improve diet quality among stage I-III breast cancer survivors. Despite the strong evidence demonstrating the benefits of healthy nutrition on improving cancer outcomes, most breast cancer survivors, do not meet the nutrition recommendations The use of technology in behavioral interventions is proving to be a cost-effective mode of delivering lifestyle education to promote behavior change. The Mindfulness Intervention for Nutrition in the Digital Kitchen (MIND) program is delivered through a learning management system on the Cook for Your Life platform (cookforyourlife.org). The Cook for Your Life platform is a cancer patient-facing interactive program offering free nutrition and healthy cooking information, recipes, and cooking videos that disseminate evidence-based information on nutrition and cancer survivorship. The MIND program may help improve diet quality and increase fruit and vegetable intake among stage I-III breast cancer survivors. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine whether outdoor walking in different environments-urban or natural-can reduce depressive symptoms among college students. The study also tests whether providing prompts for active engagement during nature walks enhances the benefits compared to unstructured nature walks. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: (1) urban walk, (2) nature walk, or (3) active nature walk with guided interaction. Each participant will walk for 30 minutes, twice a week, for 3 weeks, complete questionnaires, and participate in interviews. Our primary outcome (PHQ-9) will be used to test the following two primary hypotheses: * Hypothesis 1: Participants in both nature walk conditions (combined) will show greater reductions in depressive symptoms (PHQ-9) than those in the urban walk group. * Hypothesis 2: Participants in the active nature walk will show greater reductions than those in the regular nature walk. This is a parallel, Phase 3, two-arm study for the treatment of newly diagnosed moderate or severe chronic GVHD. The study duration for a participant includes up to 4 weeks for screening; a treatment period until clinically meaningful cGVHD progression (defined as progression requiring addition of new systemic treatment for cGVHD), relapse/recurrence of the underlying disease, participant starts new systemic treatment for cGVHD or experiences an unacceptable toxicity, at the request of the participants or the investigators, or until the end of study is reached, whichever comes first; at least 30 days follow-up of adverse events (AEs) after the last dose until resolution or stabilization, if applicable; and long-term follow-up until death or study close-out, whichever comes first. Pancreatic cancer is difficult to diagnose early. By the time people have been diagnosed, the cancer has usually spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). The standard treatment is chemotherapy, but other treatments are needed to improve outcomes in people with pancreatic cancer. In this study, zolbetuximab will be given together with chemotherapy to people with pancreatic cancer. Zolbetuximab attaches to a protein called CLDN18.2 found at high levels on the surface of the cancer tumor. This switches on the immune system to attack the tumor. Adults 18 years or older with metastatic pancreatic cancer who have not previously had chemotherapy can take part in the study. There are 2 main aims of this study: * To check the safety of zolbetuximab, when given with chemotherapy in people with metastatic pancreatic cancer * To check if people could cope with (tolerate) any medical problems during the study This is an open-label study. This means people in the study and the study doctors will know that people will receive zolbetuximab with chemotherapy. Different small groups will receive lower to higher doses of zolbetuximab with chemotherapy. Zolbetuximab and chemotherapy will be given through a vein. This is called an infusion. People will receive zolbetuximab on the first day they receive chemotherapy. This will happen every 14 days in a 28-day cycle. People will receive zolbetuximab and chemotherapy in the study clinic and at home. Also, doctors will check for any medical problems. People will also have a health check including blood tests. On some visits they will also have scans to check for any changes in their cancer. People will visit the study clinic about 7 days after they stop treatment. They will be asked about any medical problems and will have a health check including blood tests. After this, people will have several more visits to the study clinic for health checks. The number of visits and checks done at each visit will depend on the health of each person and whether they complete their treatment or not. Read Less
