The BeCoMe-9 Study (BE-101-01) is a Phase 1/2, first in human, multi-center, open-label, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of a single intravenous (IV) dose of BE-101 in adults with moderately severe or severe Hemophilia B. Once infused, BE-101 is designed to engraft and continuously secrete FIX into the circulation to restore clinically meaningful levels of active FIX. The social determinants of health have a large impact on health. For example, neighborhood socioeconomic deprivation is associated with increased risk of medication non-adherence, graft failure, and death in children after liver transplant. In order to address these socioeconomic inequities in outcomes, a more granular understanding of how the social determinants of health impact outcomes is needed. In this observational prospective cohort, caregivers of children undergoing liver transplantation will complete surveys and undergo in-depth, qualitative interviews. The survey will assess comprehensively for the social determinants of health (e.g. material economic hardship, health literacy, social connectedness, primary care quality, etc). The qualitative interviews will identify barriers and facilitators that socioeconomically deprived children/families have to obtaining the ideal outcome and identify health system opportunities to integrate social needs and medical care. Data will be linked to an existing prospective cohort study (The Society for Pediatric Liver Transplant registry) to assess the impact of social risk on outcomes after transplant. Healthcare providers who take care of children undergoing liver transplant will also be included in the qualitative interviews. The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of osimertinib (tablet) in combination with Datopotamab Deruxtecan (i.v. infusion) compared with osimertinib (tablet) monotherapy as a first-line therapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic EGFRm (Ex19del and/or L858R) NSCLC. Study details include: 1. The study duration will be event-driven, with an estimated duration of approximately 9 years. 2. Participants may receive study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or other specific discontinuation criteria are met. 3. The visit frequency will be every 3 weeks during the treatment period. Note: Participants on osimertinib treatment (osimertinib only arm or who have discontinued Datopotamab Deruxtecan while are still receiving osimertinib) are required to attend visits to perform assessments every 6 weeks from Cycle 7 until Cycle 17 and then visits every 12 weeks until disease progression, IP discontinuation or primary PFS DCO. This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. The investigators will conduct a Type I hybrid effectiveness-implementation study to test an integrated telehealth intervention among 400 overweight and obese patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). The investigators will include eligible participants receiving primary care at one of five Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers and their community-based outpatient clinics. The investigators will randomize patients in a 1:1 ratio to the multi-component intervention or "enhanced" usual care, stratifying by age (≥65 vs. \< 65) and site. Participants randomized to the intervention will receive an integrated, telehealth-delivered intervention composed of a self-directed lifestyle program and supervised pulmonary rehabilitation. At the end of 3 months, the investigators will offer to enter a recommendation for weight management medications on behalf of eligible intervention participants. In the post-core period (months 4-12), participants will continue to have as-needed access to the lifestyle coach. For participants randomized to the "enhanced" usual care group, study staff will prompt the patient's primary care provider to refer them to existing weight loss management and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Follow-up will occur at virtual visits at 3 and 12 months. The primary effectiveness outcome at 1-year is quality of life measured by the SF-12 Physical Component Summary Score. Secondary effectiveness outcomes will include other measures of quality of life (including sleep related impairment), sleep disturbance, disease severity (COPD exacerbations and respiratory event index for OSA), depression, social support, weight loss and cardiovascular risk. In addition to assessing effectiveness, investigators will also conduct a concurrent implementation process evaluation using the RE-AIM framework. Read Less
