The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about occupational therapy integrating horses for autistic youth. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does occupational therapy integrating horses improve self-regulation in autistic youth * Does occupational therapy integrating horses affect salivary cortisol and alpha-amylase Participants will receive 10 weeks of occupational therapy, and will be asked to provide saliva samples each week. Researchers will compare occupational therapy integrating horses to occupational therapy in a clinic to see if integrating horses affects self-regulation. Read Less

The goal of this experimental study is to improve our understanding of the effects of stress on the decision to consume (more) alcohol in regular drinkers. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * Does psychological stress affect the decision to consume (more) alcohol? * How does psychological stress affect the decision to consume (more) alcohol? Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four conditions (stress alcohol, stress no alcohol, no stress alcohol, no stress no alcohol) and complete a value-based decision-making task twice (once before and once after the manipulations). The baby remains attached to the umbilical cord and placenta for 30-60 seconds after birth to allow for maximal transfer of oxygen and blood to the newborn. Dementia is a leading cause of death in the United States among aging adults. Brain insulin resistance has emerged as a pathologic factor affecting memory, executive function as well as systemic glucose control. Regular aerobic exercise decreases Alzheimer's Disease (AD) risk, in part, through changes in brain structure and function. However, there is limited data available on how exercise impacts brain insulin resistance in aging. This study will test the effect of acute exercise on brain insulin sensitivity in middle-aged to older adults. The goal of this clinical trial is to show non-inferiority of the MIMS® device/procedure with Mitomycin-C, in terms of its surgical success rate, compared to trabeculectomy with Mitomycin-C in subjects diagnosed with primary open angle glaucoma, whose intraocular pressure is not controlled despite polypharmacy. Eligible screened participants will undergo the MIMS® procedure and will be followed for a period of 12 months in this single-arm study. The overall objective of the proposed research is to conduct a prospective, randomized controlled trial to investigate whether the addition of BFR therapy to standard post-operative rehabilitation regimen significantly improves clinical outcomes following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) standardized with respect to both surgical technique and graft selection. Patients indicated for ACLR will be screened and offered enrollment into this prospective, randomized controlled trial. MRI of bilateral thighs will be performed within 7 days of ACLR. Patients will be randomized to either REHAB or REHAB + BFR (study intervention) using a block randomization scheme. Patients will undergo repeat MRI of bilateral thighs pre-surgery, at 12 weeks, and at 52 weeks post-operatively (primary outcome measure.) Patient reported outcome (PRO) instruments will be administered pre-operatively to establish pre-operative debility related to ACL injury and subsequently after ACLR at 24 weeks, 36 weeks, and 52 weeks post-operative (secondary outcome measures).
