This is an open-label, Phase 1 study with a dose expansion cohort of Sacituzumab Govitecan in Combination with Cisplatin in Platinum Sensitive Recurrent Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer. HS is relatively common in the United States with a prevalence of 0.1-1.0%. 1 HS has a dramatic impact on quality of life, significantly more so than other chronic skin diseases, such as psoriasis or atopic dermatitis (AD). HS also has a large economic impact, due to frequent emergency department and inpatient care utilization, and re-hospitalization rates similar to congestive heart failure. Unfortunately, few treatment options are effective. There is only one currently FDA-approved treatment, adalimumab, but only 40- 60% respond to treatment and over 50% lose response within one year . This is a single-arm, two-visit, non-randomized, cross sectional study identified as an intervention due to the use of a single bout of aerobic exercise to assess cerebrovascular function under the NIH rules. This study is not masked and its primary purpose is to develop a basic science understanding of the relationship between cerebrovascular health and balance control with aging. This study will involve 102 individuals classified as younger adults, middle-aged adults, and older adults who are neurotypical and cognitively normal. The primary outcome from a clinical trials perspective will be cerebrovascular response to a bout of aerobic exercise (i.e. change in cerebral blood flow with the performance of aerobic exercise on a recumbent stepper exercise machine). Non-interventional outcomes will be EEG measures of cortical activity and biomechanical kinetic and kinematic data recorded during standing balance reactions, as well as biological blood samples for genomic analysis. The goal of this study is to determine short-term adaptations (aftereffects) in knee loading after a 20-minute split-belt treadmill training session in patients with ACL reconstruction. Our main question for this aim are: 1. Are training-mediated aftereffects in the knee joint moment greater for tied-belt walking or split-belt walking? 2. Are training-mediated aftereffects in the knee joint moment different between subjects who train early stance knee loading versus subjects who train mid-stance knee loading? Read Less

The proposed research is to develop and refine a multicomponent breathwork intervention, Guided Respiration Mindfulness Therapy, and to iteratively evaluate its feasibility, acceptability, and plausibility for clinically significant effects in people with chronic low back pain. This integrative breathwork intervention involves a 60-minute breathing session where the focus is to maintain a conscious connected breathing pattern (no pause between inhale and exhale), apply mindful acceptance to somatic sensations, and relax any physical tension. The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to learn if a healthy eating pattern called the MIND eating plan can reduce cancer-related cognitive impairment (commonly called "chemobrain") and other symptoms commonly experienced by women with newly diagnosed stage II-III triple negative breast cancer as they go through chemotherapy. The symptoms that will be measured include changes in memory and mental function, fatigue, sleep quality, anxiety, and depression. Researchers will compare measures from women in the 12-week MIND eating plan virtual intervention to a general health coaching (GHC) virtual intervention to see if the MIND eating plan helps reduce symptoms. Women will be contacted for follow-up measures 6 months after the 12-week interventions. Women randomly assigned to the GHC at the beginning of the study will have the opportunity to complete the MIND intervention after the 6-month follow-up. All study sessions and measures are done remotely. Participants will: * Be randomized to MIND or GHC interventions * Complete all study measures remotely (by online questionnaires, virtual visits and mail ) * Attend 8 virtual sessions of about 15-60 minutes each over 12 weeks * Be sent some of the key foods in the MIND eating plan during the MIND intervention * Be contacted for follow-up measures 6 months after interventions Read Less

The goal of this prospective single center clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of performing simultaneous exercise stress cardiac magnetic resonance (CPET-CMR) and cardiopulmonary exercise testing in patients with pre-existing left bundle branch area pacemakers (LBBAP) programmed to an atrial sensing mode. Measurements of right ventricular, left ventricular function, and exercise capacity will be obtained at various LBBAP programming parameters at rest and during low intensity exercise. The main aims of the study are: * Demonstrate the safety and feasibility of performing CPET-CMR in patients with pre-existing LBBAP programmed to P-synchronous ventricular pacing mode. * Generate preliminary data evaluating differences in RV function, LV function, and exercise capacity during various pacemaker programming settings.
