Anterior Segment Optical Coherence Tomography Microstent Positioning
Recruiting
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the long-term results of glaucoma stent surgery in men and women 18 or older who have had cataract and microstent surgery in the past 2 years at the Moran Eye Center. The main questions the study aims to answer are:
1. How often are microstents mispositioned?
2. What effect does microstent positioning have on intraocular pressure after surgery?
Participants will have a one-time clinic visit for an eye exam and Optical Coherence Tomography... Read More

Natural History Study - Mitochondrial Disease
Recruiting
Carriers of the m.3242A\>G mutation often have clinical symptoms which can include migraines, seizures, strokes, hearing loss, balance issues, gastrointestinal issues, and many other symptoms. The investigators would like to learn more about these disorders and have designed a "Natural History Study" to monitor these conditions over time so that physicians and scientists can not only understand the problems that patients have, but work on developing treatments. Study of CD30 CAR for Relapsed/Refractory CD30+ HL and CD30+ NHL
Recruiting
The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease. No single way seems perfect for fighting cancer. This research study combines two different ways of fighting disease: antibodies and T cells. Antibodies are proteins that protect the body from disease caused by bacteria or toxic substances. Antibodies work by binding those bacteria or substances, which stops them from growing and causing bad effects. T cells, also called T lymphocytes, are special infection-fighting blood cells that... Treatment of Supine Hypertension in Autonomic Failure (CPAP)
Recruiting
Supine hypertension is a common problem that affects at least 50% of patients with primary autonomic failure. Supine hypertension can be severe and complicates the treatment of orthostatic hypotension. The purpose of this study is to assess whether continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) decreases blood pressure in autonomic failure patients with supine hypertension.

Clinical Decision Support Tool in PARDS Pilot Study
Recruiting
Previous clinical trials in adults with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) have demonstrated that ventilator management choices can improve Intensive Care Unit (ICU) mortality and shorten time on mechanical ventilation. This study seeks to scale an established Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tool to facilitate dissemination and implementation of evidence-based research in mechanical ventilation of infants and children with pediatric ARDS (PARDS).
This will be accomplished by using CDS t... Read More

Effect of Raised Head of the Bed on Lying Blood Pressure in Autonomic Failure
Recruiting
Many persons with autonomic failure often have high blood pressure when lying down (supine hypertension). This study is exploring the impact of decreased venous return to the heart (achieved by raising the head of the bed) to lessen supine blood pressure. If decreased venous return to the heart is effective at lowering supine blood pressure, these approaches may be utilized to treat supine hypertension non-pharmacologically. Raising the head of the bed decreases the amount of blood returning to... Read More
