Osimertinib and tegavivint may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Investigating NMJ Defects in SMA Following Central and Peripheral SMN Restoration

This is an observational study to investigate the improvement of NMJ defects in adult patients with SMA following treatment with Risdiplam. Eligible patients will have received treatment with daily oral Risdiplam after receiving approval through their commercial insurance or drug assistance program. All subjects will be evaluated at one visit. Eligible subjects must have been receiving risdiplam for at least 12 months.

The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility, fidelity and acceptability of an aquatic therapy assessment and intervention for children ages 3-9 with neuromotor deficits such as cerebral palsy. The intervention takes place in a warm water therapy pool, twice a week for ten weeks and targets swim safety skills, upper extremity function and self care participation and performance.

IORT Following Breast Conserving Surgery for Early Stage Breast Cancer Registry

This is a prospective, registry trial which will enroll women aged 65 and above with early stage, low risk breast cancer who will be treated with partial mastectomy and intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT). The primary aim is to determine the 5-year risk of in-breast tumor recurrence. Secondary aims include identification of acute- and late-toxicity, cosmetic result, disease-free survival and overall survival.

The PulsePoint Study

This randomized controlled trial will evaluate whether use of the PulsePoint system increases bystander CPR or defibrillator use compared to standard dispatch procedures in patients who suffer non-traumatic, out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in a public location. Half of all suspected cardiac arrest 9-1-1 calls in a public location will receive PulsePoint alerts (treatment arm). The other half of this eligible patient cohort will receive standard dispatch procedures (control arm).
