Main study objective: compare long-term buprenorphine treatment outcomes for patients who start buprenorphine for opioid use disorder (OUD) in the emergency department and are then referred to get outpatient buprenorphine treatment either via telehealth or at an in-person clinic. Researchers will: Compare rates of establishing outpatient OUD treatment, how long patients stay on buprenorphine, and patients' experience with care to determine whether patient experiences and outcomes are better for patients referred to telehealth treatment versus patients patients referred to in-person treatment after they leave the emergency department. Participants will: Be recruited from 3 different hospital emergency departments. Answer questionnaires at baseline and then 1, 3, 6, and 9 months after their initial emergency department visit. This study evaluates the effectiveness of rimegepant 75 mg orally disintegrating tablet (ODT) single-dose or zavegepant 10 mg nasal spray single-dose as acute migraine treatments during Emergency Department (ED) encounters. Although these two calcitonin gene-related peptide receptors (CGRP) receptor antagonists are FDA-approved for the indication of acute migraine treatment, past studies have been limited to the outpatient setting. If these medications are effective in the Emergency Department, their delivery methods alone may have advantages over intravenous medications commonly used for acute migraine in EDs, including quicker time to treatment delivery, faster pain relief, and reduced ED length of stay. This investigation is a pilot study to examine rimegepant and zavegepant in an ED, to gain insight on effectiveness in this setting. This study will administer rimegepant 75 mg ODT single-dose or zavegepant 10 mg nasal spray single-dose as acute migraine treatments to 100 patients in the Emergency Department. It is a single center, open-label, non-controlled 2-group clinical trial (allocated 1:1 to rimegepant or zavegepant via pseudo-random assignment). This is a phase II non-blinded randomized controlled trial of image-guided, tumor-focused radiotherapy in patients with intermediate- or high-risk prostate cancer planning to undergo definitive radiotherapy with or without systemic therapy. The image-guided, tumor-focused radiotherapy will be compared to standard, whole-prostate treatment. The investigators hypothesize that tumor-focused radiotherapy reduces the radiation dose to organs close to the prostate, possibly leading to decreased acute toxicity to the genitourinary and gastrointestinal organs. The investigators will measure acute and late genitourinary and gastrointestinal toxicity due to radiation and regardless of cause. The investigators will also measure overall survival, metastasis-free survival, and quality of life, as well as biomarkers that may help predict, in the future, who may have a worse toxicity following radiation therapy. The purpose of the study is to learn about safety and how the body processes the study medicine called Zavegepant (PF-07930207) in children with a history of migraine. This study helps understand how the medicine is changed and removed from the body after taking it. This study is seeking participants who: * Are children aged between 6 and less than 12 years old * Have had migraine for at least 6 months. * Weigh more than 15 kilograms All participants in this study will receive zavegepant as a nasal spray once (one spray into one nostril). The dose of the study medicine that each participant receives will depend on how much the participant weighs. The study will look at the experiences of the participants receiving the study medicine and collect data to better understand the possible benefits and unwanted effects of different doses of the study medicine. Participants will take part in this study for up to 10 weeks. During this time, they will have 3 study visits at the study clinic, and 2 follow-up phone calls. Read Less

This phase III trial compares the effect of adding gemcitabine to intravesical Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) versus intravesical BCG alone in patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Gemcitabine is a chemotherapy drug that blocks the cells from making deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. Intravesical BCG is a solution containing the live BCG bacteria that is placed in the bladder via a catheter (intravesical). When the solution comes into direct contact with the bladder wall, it stimulates the body's immune system which kills tumor cells. Giving gemcitabine with intravesical BCG may kill more tumor cells in patients with recurrent non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to test whether an interactive, video-based patient navigation program can improve cervical cancer screening among African American women who are currently overdue for screening. The main questions it aims to answer are: Can an interactive video navigation tool (mNav), when paired with in-person navigation, improve screening adherence compared to a standard educational video alone? Does the intervention improve knowledge, reduce barriers, and increase intentions to get screened? Researchers will compare participants who receive both the interactive video (guided by an on-screen navigator) and in-person navigation to those who receive only a standard educational video to see if the tailored support increases screening rates. Participants will: Complete two phone surveys (one at the beginning and one six months later) Be randomly assigned to one of two groups: One group will receive an interactive video experience tailored to their concerns plus support from an in-person navigator The other group will receive a standard educational video designed for African American women Have their clinic records reviewed six months later to check for cervical cancer screening completion Read Less
