Anterior Cervical Disectomy and Fusion Using the Tritanium® C Anterior Cervical Cage for One or Two-Levels
Recruiting
This is a prospective, single arm clinical study to evaluate fusion status and patient reported outcomes utilizing the Stryker Tritanium® C Anterior Cervical interbody device at one or two contiguous levels. Subjects that are recommended for surgical treatment of either a 1- or 2-level ACDF (Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion) between the levels of Cervical Spine 2 to Thoracic 1 (C2-T1) and diagnosed with degenerative disc disease will be screened for the study.

Using Re-inforcement Learning to Automatically Adapt a Remote Therapy Intervention (RTI) for Reducing Adolescent Violence Involvement
Recruiting
This study will use a randomized control trial (RCT) design to administer two versions of a multisession remote behavioral intervention for youth seeking Emergency Department care for a violent injury with the goal to reduce their violence involvement and associated negative behaviors and consequences. The study examines two versions of the remote therapy intervention - a standard RTI (S-RTI) and an Artificial Intelligence RTI (AI-RTI). The application of a just-in-time adaptive strategy to addr... Impact of Dietary Phosphate Excess on Exercise Capacity and Visceral Adiposity
Recruiting
Studies in mice demonstrated that dietary phosphate (Pi) loading that mimic the level of US adult consumption leads to reduced spontaneous locomotor activity, exercise capacity, and reduced resting metabolic rate when in normal mice by impairing skeletal muscle mitochondrial function and fat oxidation. However, relevance of this findings in humans remains unknown.

Testing Different Amounts of the Combination of Drugs M1774 and ZEN-3694 for the Treatment of Recurrent Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer
Recruiting
This phase Ib trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of M1774 when given with ZEN-3694 in treating patients with ovarian and endometrial cancer that has come back (recurrent). M1774 and ZEN-3694 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. M1774 and ZEN-3694 combined together has demonstrated to be better than either drug alone in killing ovarian tumor cells.

Sing for Your Saunter Part 2 R33
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare to rhythm-based walking interventions to enhance gait in people with Parkinson's disease. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How does rhythm-based training influence walking performance? * How does brain activity change following rhythm-based training? Participants will perform walking to music and walking while singing, and will train on the use of these rhythms for 12 weeks. The investigators will compare the effects of training with musi... Advance Care Planning With Formerly Homeless Older Adults Residing in Permanent Supportive Housing
Recruiting
The homeless population is aging, with an increasing proportion of individuals over age 50 who experience accelerated aging, high rates of mortality, and a high risk of not having their wishes honored at the end of life. The goal of this randomized control trial (RCT) is to test the effectiveness of adapted evidence-based advance care planning (ACP) interventions for formerly chronically homeless older adults living in permanent supportive housing (PSH).

Quantifying Patellar Tendon Microstructure Using DTI
Recruiting
The goal of this observational study is to understand how diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) relates to other traditional measures and knee function. The main question it aims to answer is: Will regions of known patellar tendon pathology present with smaller DTI scalar parameters, shorter fiber length, and lower fiber density compared to the contralateral tendon and healthy regions in the ipsilateral tendon. Participants will: * undergo MRI and ultrasound imaging * perform knee function test * co... Read More
