The objectives of this clinical trial are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of topically applied ATR12-351, to understand what the body does to ATR12-351, and to observe treatment benefits of the drug in approximately 12 adult patients with Netherton Syndrome (NS). This is a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized, dose escalation, first-in-human (FIH) trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of CH505M5 N197D mRNA-gp160 and CH505 TF mRNA-gp160. Both products are mRNA encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) (subsequently referred to as mRNA-LNPs). The primary hypotheses are: 1. the CH505M5 N197D mRNA-gp160 will expand CH235-like B cell precursors, 2. the CH505 TF mRNA-gp160 will boost CH235-like bnAb B cell precursors to acquire more functional mutations needed for broadly neutralizing antibody (bnAb) development, and 3. these mRNA-LNPs will be safe and well tolerated among individuals living without HIV. In this randomized controlled study, investigators plan to assess the impact of a mobile health app with positive psychological combined with wellness coaching on college student mental health outcomes. The study aims to differentiate the effectiveness of combining mobile health and wellness coaching compared to wellness coaching on its own. The goal is to improve our understanding of the optimal combination of traditional in-person and digital interventions on diverse student populations, as well as better understand the causal impact of the mobile health app on well-being. Currently a standard tourniquet pressure is used for orthopedic surgeries. High tourniquet pressure had been associated with adverse side effects such as ischemia, muscle weakness, and post operative pain. Limb Occlusion Pressure, LOP, is based off the patient's systolic blood pressure plus a safety margin and is typically much lower than standard tourniquet pressure. The aim of this study is to determine if using LOP during orthopedic surgeries decreases post-operative pain and opioid consumption and improves patient's outcomes. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to conduct a randomized trial to evaluate a proactive, opt-out model of provider contact to deliver smoking cessation support for people living with HIV compared to standard care support delivered through traditional clinic pathways. Investigators will also evaluate implementation outcomes to identify barriers and facilitators towards future implementation. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the impact of a home-delivered foods and kitchen skills program on health and nutrition in adults with high blood pressure and food insecurity. Researchers will compare Food Resources \& Kitchen Skills (FoRKS) and Enhanced Usual Care (EUC) to evaluate the effects on mean systolic blood pressure (SPB), HbA1c, food security and nutrition. Participants will complete 24-hr blood pressure monitoring, standard blood pressure measurements, weight, finger stick for A1c point-of-care testing, and questionnaires. Read Less

This phase II trial tests how well dose-reduced docetaxel combined with cyclophosphamide works in treating older women with early stage (stage I-III) HER2 negative breast cancer vulnerable to toxicity. Chemotherapy drugs, such as docetaxel and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Docetaxel and cyclophosphamide are commonly used, but is not well tolerated at the standard dose and can affect the way older patients feel physically and emotionally. Giving dose-reduced docetaxel combined with cyclophosphamide may be an effective treatment option and improve quality of life in vulnerable older women with stage I-III HER2 negative breast cancer.
