Best Telehealth Providers To Buy Sildenafil Online
Sildenafil is often a go-to for men who struggle with erectile dysfunction (ED). However, with so many telehealth options offering a PDE5 inhibitor like sildenafil, finding the right provider can be another struggle in itself. Sildenafil is the generic version of Viagra, and it can be legally bought online through telehealth platforms that partner with licensed pharmacies. Different factors like cost and intake processes can weigh in on the decision of where to get it.
In this review, we’ll compare five different platforms: Taurus, Maximus, MEDVi QUAD, FeelGood, and Ro. Only one of the five sells generic sildenafil as an FDA-approved tablet. The other four dispense compounded medication, and three of those combine sildenafil with other drugs in a single dose. For background on erectile dysfunction (ED) itself, see our ED overview.
Medical disclaimer: This article is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Sildenafil is a prescription medication that requires an evaluation and ongoing care from a licensed clinician. Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, including sildenafil, must not be combined with nitrate medications used for heart conditions, as the interaction can cause a dangerous and rapid drop in blood pressure.1 The compounded multi-ingredient products named on this page (Taurus Charge, MEDVi QUAD, FeelGood PRIME, FeelGood QUAD, and Ro Sparks) are not approved by the FDA.2 Talk with a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment.

At a Glance
- The product: A prescription for sildenafil or a compounded product containing it, given by a telehealth clinician (if approved) and filled by a licensed United States pharmacy.
- What it costs: Ro’s generic sildenafil is $6 per 50 mg dose and $10 per 100 mg dose on a recurring monthly plan with dosing minimums (verified September 29, 2026).5 Compounded products on the other platforms can range from about $9 to $18 per dose depending on the pack size and plan. No one-time purchases are available.
- Single-ingredient or compounded: Ro dispenses FDA-approved generic sildenafil. Maximus dispenses compounded sildenafil. Taurus, MEDVi, and FeelGood dispense compounded forms that contain other ingredients.2
- How fast and how long: The FDA label states sildenafil is taken around one hour before sexual activity, can be taken 30 minutes to 4 hours before, and has a half-life of about 4 hours. A high-fat meal can delay absorption by about an hour.1
- Screening: Every platform uses an online questionnaire reviewed by a licensed clinician. They generally ask about a person’s current condition, what treatments they have tried, and treatment goals, among other things.
- Nitrates: Anyone taking nitroglycerin, isosorbide, or any other nitrate, regularly or occasionally, should not take sildenafil. The FDA label lists this as a contraindication.1
Where to buy sildenafil online: the short answer
Taurus and MEDVi are among those with the most detailed intake questionnaires, which can help the clinician recommend an option that truly fits your needs. For those looking for compounded options, Taurus and Maximus have the highest Trustpilot scores of the five, and Maximus is the only one out of this list that offers compounded sildenafil without extra active ingredients. Ro is the pick for most men who want sildenafil online, since it’s the only platform of the five that dispenses FDA-approved generic sildenafil tablets, as well as brand-name Viagra.

How much sildenafil costs per dose at 50 mg and 100 mg
Generic sildenafil costs $6 per 50 mg dose and $10 per 100 mg dose through Ro, but those prices require a recurring monthly plan with a dosing minimum.5 The compounded products on the other four platforms don’t have a price for 50 mg and 100 mg doses, since they’re sold at an undisclosed strength or combine sildenafil with other drugs. Their per-dose prices range from about $9 to $18.
Ro lists generic sildenafil at $4 for 25 mg, $6 for 50 mg, and $10 for 100 mg per dose, with a note stating that dosing minimums apply.5 The only minimum Ro shows on its site is for the 25 mg strength tablet: 8 doses per month, billed at $32 per month.6 Brand-name Viagra is $90 per dose.5
Taurus advertises Charge at $12.90 per dose, although larger bundles may cost less. Different options are offered at checkout.9 Taurus charges for the first month when the intake is completed and refunds only if a clinician declines to prescribe.11
On Maximus, sildenafil plans start at $49.99 per month on a subscription billed every 30 days, without directly stating the strength or tablet count.7 On MEDVi, QUAD starts at $114 per month with no stated dose count.12 FeelGood prices its 3-in-1 product PRIME at 6 doses for $102 per month ($17 per dose) or 12 doses for $156 ($13 per dose), and from $8.67 per dose on a 3-month plan that bills two months and ships three.15 FeelGood’s 4-in-1 QUAD page gives two different starting prices, $99 per month in its FAQ and $179 per month for 10 doses in its offer terms.16

What each provider offers and what screening involves
Each of the five platforms follows a similar process, with an online questionnaire, review by a licensed clinician, a prescription if approved, and shipping from a licensed pharmacy in the U.S.
Taurus

Taurus Medical, Inc. sells Taurus Charge, a compounded product taken under the tongue. The 4-in-1 version contains sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine, and vardenafil, and the 3-in-1 version contains sildenafil, tadalafil, and apomorphine.9,10 The headline price is $12.90 per dose on a subscription.9
Charge is a compounded formulation and is not FDA-approved.2 The PDE5 inhibitors it contains, sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil, are each approved for treating ED when prescribed on their own. Apomorphine is FDA-approved as an injection (Apokyn) to treat “off” episodes in advanced Parkinson’s disease.4 It is not approved to treat ED in any form, and its use in this product is off-label. The specific combinations of all of these drugs have not been evaluated in clinical trials for safety and effectiveness.
When it comes to the intake process, Taurus will ask typical questions about medical history to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you. They may ask about current medications, whether you’ve had a heart attack or heart failure in the past six months, your current blood pressure range, family cardiac history, and previous reactions to Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra.10 Taurus says a California-licensed clinician reviews the answers within 12 to 24 hours.9 Cancellation requires 72 hours’ notice before the billing date, with no refund after cancellation except for medical disqualification.11
Maximus

Maximus sells sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil under its Blood Flow protocol. The page states that these are compounded prescription medications, which are not approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality by the FDA.7 However, Maximus is the one platform here that dispenses compounded single-ingredient sildenafil rather than an FDA-approved generic or a combination. Sildenafil starts at $49.99 per month.7
Maximus describes its intake as “100% online. No clinic or lab visits required,” and its help center states that a clinician will help determine the best choice among tadalafil, sildenafil, vardenafil, or a customized formulation.7 The page also warns that PDE5 inhibitors must not be taken with nitrates in any form.7
Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days. Month-to-month plans can be ended at any time, but 3, 6, and 12-month plans run to the end of the term with no partial refund, and Maximus does not refund medication once it’s shipped.8
MEDVi QUAD

MEDVi sells QUAD, a compounded product that contains apomorphine, L-citrulline, sildenafil, and tadalafil.12 QUAD starts at $114 per month with no stated dose count.12 MEDVi states that it is partnered with multiple “USA-certified pharmacies”.12
QUAD is not FDA-approved.2 The PDE5 inhibitors it contains, sildenafil and tadalafil, each have FDA approval for treating ED when prescribed on their own. Apomorphine is included and used in this product as an off-label drug.4 L-citrulline is an amino acid sold as a dietary supplement. It is not approved to treat ED. The specific combination has not been evaluated in clinical trials for safety and effectiveness.
MEDVi’s intake process may involve answering questions about current medication, personal and family history, and overall health conditions that could affect treatment.13 A licensed doctor reviews the case within 24 hours.12 The refund policy requires 72 hours’ notice to cancel, and there are typically no refunds unless the prescribing doctor deems you unqualified.14
The FDA issued MEDVi, LLC a warning letter in February 2026 about how it marketed compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.17 The letter did not concern QUAD. Separately, OpenLoop Health, a clinical partner named on MEDVi’s site, reported a data breach in which an unauthorized party accessed its network in early 2026.18 MEDVi is also a defendant in two pending class actions in the Central District of California, filed March 20 and April 9, 2026.19,20
FeelGood

FeelGood (feelgoodmeds.com) sells two compounded ED products but no single-ingredient sildenafil option. PRIME is a rapid-dissolve tablet of sildenafil, tadalafil, and apomorphine, priced at $17 per dose for 6 doses or $13 per dose for 12 doses per month, and from $8.67 per dose on a 3-month plan.15 QUAD is a sublingual liquid of sildenafil, tadalafil, L-citrulline, and apomorphine, with monthly pricing starting at $99 per month.16
Both products are compounded and not FDA-approved.2 Sildenafil and tadalafil are both approved for ED when given alone. Apomorphine is sometimes used off-label for ED.4 QUAD also includes L-citrulline. There are no established clinical trials behind the safety and effectiveness of the compounded products listed on the site.
FeelGood’s intake process includes an online questionnaire reviewed by a licensed provider who screens your medications and history before prescribing.15 Nothing is charged unless a clinician prescribes. Subscriptions renew automatically, and cancellation must happen before the next order goes to the pharmacy.15
Ro

Ro dispenses FDA-approved generic sildenafil in 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg tablets at $4, $6, and $10 per dose on a recurring monthly plan. It is the only platform in this comparison that offers the approved generic version.5,6 Ro also sells a compounded product, Ro Sparks (sildenafil 55 mg with tadalafil 22 mg), which it labels as not approved by the FDA.5
Ro’s intake is generally an online questionnaire about your medical history, ED symptoms, and goals that “most people finish in about 20 minutes”. The results are reviewed by a Ro-affiliated licensed provider.6 Plans renew monthly, with 3-, 6-, and 12-month options. There are no one-time purchase options available.6
How fast sildenafil works and how long it lasts
Sildenafil is often prescribed to be taken one hour before sexual activity, but it can be taken anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours before. It has a half-life of about 4 hours, according to the FDA label for Viagra.1 Taking sildenafil does not automatically cause an erection on its own, as sexual stimulation is still needed.
Based on the FDA label for Viagra,1 the recommended starting dose for most people is 50 mg. However, the dose may be increased to 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg based on how it’s working and any side effects it causes. Sildenafil may be taken with or without food, but a high-fat meal can slow the absorption of the drug, which can delay how long it takes to work.
The most common side effects are headache, flushing, indigestion, abnormal vision, and nasal congestion. Emergency treatment is necessary for an erection lasting more than 4 hours.1
Sildenafil and nitrates: who should not take it
Anyone who takes a nitrate medication should avoid sildenafil, since combining the two could lead to dangerously low blood pressure.1 Nitrates include nitroglycerin in any form (sublingual tablets, spray, patches, and ointment), isosorbide mononitrate and dinitrate, and recreational “poppers” (amyl or butyl nitrite).
For similar reasons, sildenafil should be avoided with guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat. The dosage of sildenafil may also need to be started lower at 25 mg in those who are on an alpha-blocker.1
ED treatments may also need to be used with caution in men with a history of cardiovascular problems.3 That’s why it’s important to discuss any cardiovascular problems or the use of any medications for these conditions with a healthcare provider before taking a medication like sildenafil.

Frequently Asked Questions
Expect to pay around $4 to $10 per dose for FDA-approved generic sildenafil on a subscription plan, and about $9 to $18 per dose for compounded products that contain sildenafil. The price can vary, depending on which product you get, how many doses you purchase, and whether you subscribe to a multi-month plan.
Yes, a prescription is required to purchase sildenafil online. A telehealth platform that’s legitimate will ask about your current medications and overall medical history before a licensed healthcare provider reviews whether sildenafil is appropriate for you.
Sildenafil generally starts working within an hour, which is why it’s often taken an hour before sex. However, it can be taken around 30 minutes to 4 hours ahead. Keep in mind that it may take longer to work if you take it right after a high-fat meal.
Avoid sildenafil if you take a nitrate, including nitroglycerin and isosorbide, due to the risk of a severe drop in blood pressure. If you take an alpha-blocker or blood pressure medication, or you have had a heart attack, stroke, or heart failure, it’s important to consult the clinician who manages your heart medication before you order.
Generic sildenafil sold through a platform like Ro contains the same active ingredient as Viagra, sildenafil citrate. Products such as Taurus Charge, MEDVi QUAD, and FeelGood PRIME combine sildenafil with other medications and are made by compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.
If sildenafil does not work the first time, there could be different factors coming into play. For example, the dose might be too low, or you took it with a high-fat meal too close to sexual activity. Consult a healthcare provider for guidance.
