The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the Thoraflex Hybrid device alone and in combination with the RelayPro NBS stent-graft in the treatment of aortic disease affecting the aortic arch and descending aorta with or without involvement of the ascending aorta. Patients who undergo treatment with the Thoraflex Hybrid device with or without extension with a RelayPro NBS stent-graft will be eligible for enrolment and study activities and follow-up regime will follow standard care at each participating site. This is a single group, 1-arm, long-term safety study for treatment of participants with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to characterize the long-term safety and efficacy of amlitelimab in treated participants with age ≥12 years old with moderate to severe AD. The study duration per participant will be up to 180 weeks, including: * A screening period of up to 2 to 4 weeks * An open label treatment period of up to 160 weeks (approximately 3 years) * A post-treatment safety follow-up period of at least 20 weeks after the last dose administration The planned number of visits will be 26 visits. The Comprehensive HHT Outcomes Registry of the United States (CHORUS) is an observational registry of patients diagnosed with Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT). The purpose of this study is to better understand HHT, the symptoms and complications it causes, and the impact the disease has on people's lives. The investigators will collect long-term information about the participant, allowing us to understand how the disease changes over time, and what factors can influence those changes. Ultimately, this should help improve treatments for the disease. Another important goal of the study is to provide a way to contact people to participate in future clinical trials and other research. The registry will be a centralized resource for recruitment for clinical trials. People in the registry will not be obligated to join any of these additional studies, but if interested, can agree to be contacted if they may be eligible for a study. Participants will: * Be asked to provide permission to collect information from their medical records, including things like demographic information, diagnosis information, family history, test results, treatment information, symptoms, complications, lifestyle and other relevant medical information. * Be asked study-related questions by phone or at a clinic visit. * Be asked study-related questions every year after enrollment for up to 10 years or until the study ends. A member of the study team will communicate with participants by phone or at clinic visits to collect information regarding any changes to their health over the previous year/s including new test results, treatment information, symptoms, and complications from HHT. This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Read Less

This study is a Phase 3, randomized, modified double-blind study which aims to document the safety profile of the PCV21 vaccine (investigational pneumococcal vaccine) compared to a licensed 20-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine in infants aged from approximately 2 months (42 to 89 days). The study duration per participant will be up to approximately 19 months. The study vaccines (either PCV21 or 20vPCV) will be administered at approximately 2, 4, 6 and 12 to 15 months of age. Routine pediatric vaccines will be given as per local recommendations.
