Lymphoma Paid Clinical Trials in Arizona

This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug. The study is focused on participants with previously untreated follicular lymphoma (a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma or NHL). This study will be made up of two parts: Part 1 (non-randomized) and Part 2 (randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1 of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is when given alone. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how the study drug works compared to rituximab (called the "comparator drug") and chemotherapy (the current standard of care for NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * How the study drug affects quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities. The goal of this study is to evaluate nemtabrutinib compared with investigator's choice of ibrutinib or acalabrutinib in participants with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have not received any prior therapy. The primary hypotheses are that (1) nemtabrutinib is non-inferior to ibrutinib or acalabrutinib with respect to objective response rate (ORR) per International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL) Criteria 2018 by blinded independent central review (BICR) and (2) nemtabrutinib is superior to ibrutinib or acalabrutinib with respect to progression free survival (PFS) per iwCLL Criteria 2018 by BICR. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of zilovertamab vedotin as monotherapy and in combination in participants with select B-cell lymphomas including mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), Richter's transformation lymphoma (RTL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). This study will also evaluate zilovertamab vedotin as monotherapy and in combination with respect to objective response rate. * Cohort A: Participants with relapsed or refractory MCL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 2 prior systemic therapies including a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibition/inhibitor (BTKi), and post therapy chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy or ineligible for CAR-T cell therapy * Cohort B: Participants with relapsed or refractory RT disease after at least 1 prior systemic therapy * Cohort C: Participants with relapsed or refractory MCL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 1 prior systemic therapy and no prior exposure to a non-covalent BTKi * Cohort D: Participants with relapsed or refractory FL and CLL relapsed or refractory disease after at least 2 prior systemic therapies and have no other available therapy * Cohort E: Participants with relapsed or refractory FL after at least 2 prior systemic therapies and have no other available therapy The primary study hypothesis is that zilovertamab vedotin monotherapy has an increased Objective Response Rate (ORR) per Lugano Response Criteria as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR). B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), or R/R CLL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, or R/R CLL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the doses of ABBV-319 that will be used in the next phase and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL. Approximately 154 adult participants with R/R B cell lymphomas including R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating intravenously infused doses of ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles, until the Phase 2 dose is determined. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive intravenously infused ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This phase III trial compares the effectiveness of rituximab to mosunetuzumab in treating patients with follicular lymphoma with a low tumor burden. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Mosunetuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known if giving rituximab or mosunetuzumab works better in treating patients with follicular lymphoma with a low tumor burden. Read Less

This phase II trial studies the effects of venetoclax and rituximab in comparison to ibrutinib and rituximab in treating patients with previously untreated Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia/lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Giving venetoclax and rituximab may work better in treating patients with previously untreated Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia than ibrutinib and rituximab alone. Read Less

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 in adult subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL. The study will include a Phase 1 part to determine the recommended dose of JCAR017 monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory CLL or SLL, followed by a Phase 2 part to further assess the efficacy and safety of JCAR017 monotherapy treatment at the recommended dose. A separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent ibrutinib. Another separate Phase 1 cohort will assess the combination of JCAR017 and concurrent venetoclax. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the effectiveness of Reduced Dose Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide (PTCy) in patients with hematologic malignancies after receiving an HLA-Mismatched Unrelated Donor (MMUD) . The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to establish a recommended study drug dosage for stage 2 and 3. Stage 1 of the study is completed. Stages 2 and 3 will evaluate and compare how long participants live without their disease getting worse when receiving the study drug in combination with other drug treatment versus the placebo (dummy drug) in combination with other drug treatment.
