Lymphoma Paid Clinical Trials in Arizona

This is a Phase 1b study consisting of 2 parts: a dose escalation (Part 1) of CC-220 or CC-99282 added to the standard R-CHOP-21 regimen for first-line treatment of a-BCL. The dose escalation (Part 1) will consist of 2 parallel arms in combination with Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone (R-CHOP-21); CC-220 and R-CHOP-21 or CC-99282 and R-CHOP-21. Part 1 will be followed by a randomized dose expansion (Part 2) with CC-220 and/or CC-99282 at the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) in combination with R-CHOP-21. A polatuzumab-R-CHP regimen in combination with CC-220 or CC-99282 will be explored with the addition of a new cohort only after the RP2D for the CC-220 and/or CC-99282 and R-CHOP-21 combination has been defined. This is a randomized, open-label study in adult patients who have completed standard first line therapy for large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) and achieved a complete response or partial response suitable for observation, but who have minimal residual disease (MRD) as detected by the Foresight CLARITY™ Investigational Use Only (IUO) MRD test, powered by PhasED-Seq™. The purpose of the trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of consolidation with cemacabtagene ansegedleucel (cema-cel), an allogeneic CD19 CAR T product, as compared to standard of care observation. The study is conducted in 2 consecutive parts that will be enrolled continuously. In Part A of the study, participants with MRD are randomized to one of two treatment arms or an observation arm. Treatment includes cema-cel following a lymphodepletion regimen of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide administered with or without the anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody, ALLO-647. Part A will culminate with the selection of the lymphodepletion regimen to advance to Part B. This clinical trial studies the effect of short-term (acute) and long-term (chronic) exercise on immune characteristics and function (phenotype) of patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Most newly-diagnosed CLL patients have early-stage disease at the time of diagnosis and do not require treatment. Despite not needing therapy, these patients have significant immune dysfunction. This may lead to an increased risk of serious infections requiring hospitalization and an increased risk of secondary non-blood-based (hematologic) cancers. Increasing CLL patients overall physical fitness levels, through exercise during the observation stage, may provide a realistic approach means to increase survival, decrease treatment-related side effects, and improve immune function. Information learned from this study may help researchers determine whether a particular exercise regimen can be used to strengthen the immune system of indolent NHL and CLL patients, delay time to disease progression, assess the need for treatment, and assess infection rates. This is a multi-center, open-label study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-cancer activity of oral administration of emavusertib alone or in combination with ibrutinib in adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. This trial will be completed in four parts. In Part A1, emavusertib will be evaluated first in a dose escalating monotherapy setting to establish the safety and tolerability (complete). In Part A2, emavusertib will be evaluated in combination with ibrutinib at 560 milligrams (mg) once daily (QD) or 420 mg QD as indicated by disease (Part A2 complete). Part B will comprise 2 cohorts to assess safety and efficacy of emavusertib in combination with ibrutinib in participants with R/R primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) who have directly progressed on a bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi). In this part of the study, emavusertib will be dosed at 100 mg or 200 mg twice daily (BID) in combination with ibrutinib in 28-day treatment cycles. Part C will comprise 3 treatment arms in the second-line setting to assess the efficacy and safety of emavusertib monotherapy, ibrutinib monotherapy, and emavusertib in combination with ibrutinib in participants with R/R PCNSL who are naïve to BTKi treatment. In this part of the study, eligible second-line participants with R/R PCNSL who are naïve to BTKi treatment will be randomized 1:1:1 to 1 of 3 treatment arms: (1) emavusertib 200 mg BID, (2) ibrutinib 560 mg QD, or (3) emavusertib 200 mg BID in combination with ibrutinib 560 mg QD. This phase II trial studies the effect of extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) and mogamulizumab in treating patients with erythrodermic cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL), a type of skin lymphoma. CTCL is a rare type of cancer that begins in the white blood cells called T cells. Erythrodermic is a widespread red rash that may cover most of the body. ECP is a medical treatment that removes blood with a machine, isolates white blood cells and exposes them to ultra violet light, then returns the cells to the body. Mogamulizumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving mogamulizumab with ECP may work together to kill the tumor cells directly (with mogamulizumab) and boost immune response to cancer (with ECP). Read Less

This phase II trial compares the safety, side effects and effectiveness of reduced dose radiation therapy to standard of care dose radiation in treating patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Standard of care radiation treatment for indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma is usually delivered in 12 treatments. Studies have shown indolent lymphoma to be sensitive to radiation treatment, however, larger doses have higher rates of toxicities. A reduced radiation dose may be safe, tolerable and/or effective compared to standard of care radiation dose in treating patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Read Less
