This is a Phase I dose-finding study of FT819 as monotherapy and in combination with IL-2 in subjects with relapsed/refractory B-cell Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Precursor B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This study evaluates the risks and experience of blood clots and bleeding in patients with blood cancers. While it is standard of care to use medications to reduce the risk of blood clots in hospitalized individuals, some patients with blood cancers have low platelet counts that can increase the concern for bleeding complications associated with these medications. At this time, the optimal management strategies for blood clots are not well known for patients with blood cancers. This pilot study evaluates additional information that could help doctors know which patients are at highest risk for blood clots. Read Less

This is a multi-center, open-label trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-cancer activity of oral administration of emavusertib (CA-4948) in adult patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. Part A will evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of emavusertib as monotherapy (Part A1), and in combination with ibrutinib. In Protocol Version (v) 1.0 through v6.0, patients with Waldenström macroglobulinemia/ lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (WM/LPL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) were also enrolled at ibrutinib doses of 420 mg (Part A2). This randomized phase III trial studies rituximab after stem cell transplant and to see how well it works compared with rituximab alone in treating patients with in minimal residual disease-negative mantle cell lymphoma in first complete remission. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. More chemotherapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Giving rituximab with or without stem cell transplant may work better in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma. Read Less

Targeted drug therapies have greatly improved outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, single drug therapies have limitations, therefore, the current study is evaluating a novel oral combination of targeted drugs as a way of overcoming these limitations. This study will determine the efficacy of the triple combination therapy, DTRM-555, in patients with R/R CLL or R/R non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Read Less
