Lymphoma Paid Clinical Trials in Arizona

This is a Phase 1b study consisting of 2 parts: a dose escalation (Part 1) of CC-220 or CC-99282 added to the standard R-CHOP-21 regimen for first-line treatment of a-BCL. The dose escalation (Part 1) will consist of 2 parallel arms in combination with Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, and Prednisone (R-CHOP-21); CC-220 and R-CHOP-21 or CC-99282 and R-CHOP-21. Part 1 will be followed by a randomized dose expansion (Part 2) with CC-220 and/or CC-99282 at the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) in combination with R-CHOP-21. A polatuzumab-R-CHP regimen in combination with CC-220 or CC-99282 will be explored with the addition of a new cohort only after the RP2D for the CC-220 and/or CC-99282 and R-CHOP-21 combination has been defined. AB-101 is an off-the shelf, allogeneic cell product made of "natural killer" cells, also called NK cells. White blood cells are part of the immune system and NK cells are a type of white blood cell that are known to kill cancer cells. This clinical trial will enroll patients with relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma of B-cell origin and is conducted in two phases. The primary objectives of Phase 1 are as follows: 1) to evaluate the safety of AB-101 given alone or in combination with rituximab (including the DLBCL specific cohort) or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab; 2) to evaluate the potential clinical activity of AB-101 when given in combination with rituximab or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab (combination cohorts only); and 3) to identify the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). The primary objective of Phase 2 is to determine whether AB-101 in combination with rituximab or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab has anti-cancer activity in patients. Patients will be assigned to receive either AB-101 alone as monotherapy, in combination with rituximab (including DLBCL specific cohort) or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab. All patients will receive at least 1 treatment cycle of AB-101, followed by scheduled assessments of overall health and tumor response. Patients receiving AB-101 in combination with rituximab may receive up to 3 additional cycles of treatment. This phase II trials studies how well acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab works in treating patients with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab will work better in treating patients with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. This is a Phase I dose-finding study of FT819 as monotherapy and in combination with IL-2 in subjects with relapsed/refractory B-cell Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Precursor B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This study evaluates the risks and experience of blood clots and bleeding in patients with blood cancers. While it is standard of care to use medications to reduce the risk of blood clots in hospitalized individuals, some patients with blood cancers have low platelet counts that can increase the concern for bleeding complications associated with these medications. At this time, the optimal management strategies for blood clots are not well known for patients with blood cancers. This is a multi-center, open-label trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-cancer activity of oral administration of emavusertib (CA-4948) in adult patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. Part A will evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of emavusertib as monotherapy (Part A1), and in combination with ibrutinib. In Protocol Version (v) 1.0 through v6.0, patients with Waldenström macroglobulinemia/ lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (WM/LPL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) were also enrolled at ibrutinib doses of 420 mg (Part A2). This randomized phase III trial studies rituximab after stem cell transplant and to see how well it works compared with rituximab alone in treating patients with in minimal residual disease-negative mantle cell lymphoma in first complete remission. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. More chemotherapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Giving rituximab with or without stem cell transplant may work better in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma. Read Less

Targeted drug therapies have greatly improved outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, single drug therapies have limitations, therefore, the current study is evaluating a novel oral combination of targeted drugs as a way of overcoming these limitations.
