Background: Researchers use mixed meal tolerance tests (MMTTs) to look at how people s bodies respond to eating a meal. However, researchers do not agree on how to decide the number of calories to give in each meal. Some use fixed meals, which are the same size for everyone, and some use adjusted meals, based on the size of the person s body. Researchers want to know which MMTT is best to use for future research. Objective: To learn how fixed vs adjusted meals affect blood glucose levels in healthy people. Eligibility: Healthy people aged 18 years or older. Design: Participants will have 3 or 4 clinic visits of up to 8 hours in 8 weeks. Participants will have baseline tests: Their height, weight, and waist size will be measured. They will have an oral glucose tolerance test: A needle attached to a tube (IV) will be inserted into a vein in the arm. They will have a sugary drink. Blood samples will be taken from the tube at intervals up to 3 hours after the drink. They will have a body scan. Participants will have 2 MMTT visits. One will include a fixed meal and one will include an adjusted meal. They will have tests at both visits: Resting metabolic rate: A clear hood will be placed over the participant s head while they rest for 20 minutes. The purpose of this study is to assess antidepressant efficacy differences between ALTO-100 and placebo during the Double-Blind period in patients with bipolar disorder I or II with current major depressive episode, when used adjunctively to a mood stabilizer and/or atypical antipsychotic, related to patient characteristics. This phase III trial tests two hypotheses in patients with low-risk and average-risk medulloblastoma. Medulloblastoma is a type of cancer that occurs in the back of the brain. The term, risk, refers to the chance of the cancer coming back after treatment. Subjects with low-risk medulloblastoma typically have a lower chance of the cancer coming back than subjects with average-risk medulloblastoma. Although treatment for newly diagnosed average-risk and low-risk medulloblastoma is generally effective at treating the cancer, there are still concerns about the side effects of such treatment. Side effects or unintended health conditions that arise due to treatment include learning difficulties, hearing loss or other issues in performing daily activities. Standard therapy for newly diagnosed average-risk or low-risk medulloblastoma includes surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy (including cisplatin). Cisplatin may cause hearing loss as a side effect. In the average-risk medulloblastoma patients, this trial tests whether the addition of sodium thiosulfate (STS) to standard of care chemotherapy and radiation therapy reduces hearing loss. Previous studies with STS have shown that it may help reduce or prevent hearing loss caused by cisplatin. In the low-risk medulloblastoma patients, the study tests whether a less intense therapy (reduced radiation) can provide the same benefits as the more intense therapy. The less intense therapy may cause fewer side effects. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Cisplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. The overall goals of this study are to see if giving STS along with standard treatment (radiation therapy and chemotherapy) will reduce hearing loss in medulloblastoma patients and to compare the overall outcome of patients with medulloblastoma treated with STS to patients treated without STS on a previous study in order to make sure that survival and recurrence of tumor is not worsened. Low sodium oxybate has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of idiopathic hypersomnia. In this study, the researchers want to learn how low sodium oxybate impacts ability of people diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia to sleep for long periods of time. In addition, this study will use novel tools to determine when an individual is awake or asleep. Read Less

This phase II trial studies how well ramucirumab and paclitaxel or the FOLFIRI regimen (leucovorin calcium, fluorouracil, and irinotecan hydrochloride) work in treating patients with small bowel cancers that have spread extensively to other anatomic sites (advanced) or are no longer responding to treatment (refractory). Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that attaches to and inhibits a molecule called VEGFR-2. This may restrain new blood vessel formation therefore reducing nutrient supply to tumor which may interfere with tumor cell growth and expansion. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, leucovorin calcium, fluorouracil, and irinotecan hydrochloride work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving Ramucirumab plus paclitaxel or FOLFIRI, may be helpful in treating advanced or refractory small bowel cancers and may help patients live longer. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if KQB365 works to treat advanced solid tumor cancer in adults. It will also learn about the safety of KQB365. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the safe dose of KQB365 by itself or in combination with cetuximab? * Does KQB365 alone or in combination with cetuximab decrease the size of the tumor? * What happens to KQB365 in the body? Participants will: * Receive KQB365 infusion weekly alone or in combination with cetuximab * Visit the clinic about 9 times in the first 6 weeks, and then once every week after that. Read Less

The goal of this study is to compare the cost and clinical outcomes for two temporary dressings (Allograft and PermeaDerm) used in patients that need a skin graft to heal their wound. The researchers will review cost and other treatment results including how well both temporary dressings attach to the skin, how prepared the wound bed is to receive a skin graft, how long it takes for the skin to be ready to receive a skin graft, how well the skin graft takes and any complications. Patients will first have the temporary dressing applied to their wound, then a few days later, a skin graft will be performed. Patients will have photos of their wounds taken throughout the study including at all the clinic check-ups with the last check-up occurring about 8 weeks after treatment. Read Less
