The purpose of the Phase 2 CSEG101B2201 study is to confirm and to establish appropriate dosing and to evaluate the safety in pediatric participants ages 6 months to <18 years with a history of VOC with or without HU/HC, receiving crizanlizumab for 2 years. The efficacy and safety of crizanlizumab was already demonstrated in adults with sickle cell disease. The purpose of this study is to learn about the effects, safety and how PF-06823859 is processed in adults with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE) or systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) showing some skin symptoms. This study is seeking for participants who: are adults of 18 years of age or older. are confirmed to have CLE or SLE with involvement of the skin. have a Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index activity (CLASI-A) score of at least 8. About 48 participants will be selected to receive active study medicine (PF-06823859) or placebo (an infusion without drug). About 32 are grouped to receive the active study medicine and 16 are to receive placebo. They will be receiving the treatments by intravenous infusion (injected directly into the veins). At week 16 all participants receiving the active study drug since day 1 and participants who have received placebo since day 1 and are not responding clinically will receive active study medication. Patients who have received placebo since Day 1 and who have had a clinical response will continue to receive placebo till week 40. All participants will have last follow-up visit at Week 60. The study will compare participants receiving PF-06823859 to participants who receive placebo. This will help us see if PF-06823859 is safe and effective to treat CLE or SLE with skin symptoms and improve participant's CLASI-A score. Participants will take part in this study for about 65 weeks. This includes up to a 5-week selection period, a 12-week Q4Wk treatment period, a 36-week Q8Wk treatment period, and a 12-week follow-up period. Read Less

The purpose of this initiative is to improve care and outcomes for infants with HLHS by expanding the NPC-QIC national registry to gather clinical care process, outcome, and developmental data on infants with HLHS between diagnosis and 12 months of age, by improving the use of standards into everyday practice across pediatric cardiology centers, and by engaging parents as partners in the process. The purpose of this study is to determine whether treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) with positive airway pressure starting shortly after acute ischemic stroke or high risk TIA (1) reduces recurrent stroke, acute coronary syndrome, and all-cause mortality 6 months after the event, and (2) improves stroke outcomes at 3 months in patients who experienced an ischemic stroke. The ApiFix MID-C System is a unidirectional expandable rod, designed to be connected unilaterally to the spine via 2 anchor points on the concave side of a scoliotic deformity above and below the apex of the major curvature to treat adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. This phase III trial compares the usual chemotherapy treatment to eribulin plus gemcitabine in treating patients with urothelial cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as eribulin, gemcitabine, docetaxel, paclitaxel, and sacituzumab govitecan work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This phase II trial compares the effect of atezolizumab in combination with usual treatment with cabozantinib to cabozantinib alone in patients with papillary renal cell carcinoma that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Papillary renal cell carcinoma (PRCC) is a type of kidney cancer that forms in the lining of the tiny tubes in the kidney that return filtered substances that the body needs back to the blood and remove extra fluid and waste as urine. Most papillary tumors look like long, thin finger-like growths under a microscope. It is also called papillary kidney cancer or PRCC. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help body's immune system attack the cancer and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply and may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. By these actions it may help slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Combination therapy with atezolizumab and cabozantinib may shrink the cancer and allow a longer survival time in patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. Read Less

This is an open label study to determine the association of the data obtained with LuGENE®, a transcriptomic-based LDT, with standard evaluation of patients diagnosed with SLE, including clinical involvement, SLEDAI score, Physician Global Assessment (PGA) and standard laboratory measures, including ANA, anti-DNA, anti-RNP and complement components C3 and C4, as well as Patient Reported Outcomes capturing pain, fatigue and Health-Related Quality of Life. The test will be administered on one occasion to patients with a clinical diagnosis of lupus or incomplete lupus and clinical and laboratory features evaluated contemporaneously. This trial includes a pilot study of approximately 10 subjects from 2-3 sites to assess whether the delivery times of LuGENE® laboratory results do not exceed more than 7 business days. Read Less

This is a prospective, multicenter, observational study intended to characterize real-world outcomes on the commercially available Amulet device in the United States. The study will enroll advanced cancer patients with unresectable or metastatic disease who are refractory to or are not candidates for standard approved therapy. The study will be comprised of two parts - a dose escalation phase (Part 1) and a dose optimization/expansion phase (Part 2). Part 1 is comprised of three sub-parts: SAR444881 administered alone (Sub-Part 1A), SAR444881 administered in combination with pembrolizumab (Sub-Part 1B), and SAR444881 administered in combination with cetuximab (Sub-Part 1C). Part 2 is composed of two sub-parts: a dose optimization part where up to two doses of SAR444881 per indication are administered in combination with pembrolizumab, cetuximab, and/or carboplatin and pemetrexed (Sub-Part 2A); and a dose expansion part where SAR444881 is administered alone (Sub-Part 2B). In Sub-Part 2A, a two-stage design will be implemented to conduct dose optimization for each indication with combination therapy- Stage 1 (Preliminary Assessment) and Stage 2 (Randomization).
