Tucatinib, Trastuzumab, Ramucirumab, and Paclitaxel Versus Paclitaxel and Ramucirumab in Previously Treated HER2+ Gastroesophageal Cancer
Completed
This study is being done to see if tucatinib with trastuzumab, ramucirumab and paclitaxel works better than ramucirumab and paclitaxel to treat HER2-positive (HER2+) cancer of the gut (stomach or gastroesophageal cancer). This study will also look at what side effects happen when participants take this combination of drugs. A side effect is anything the drug does other than treating cancer. Study treatment will be given in 28-day cycles. In the Phase 2 part of the trial, participants and their... Read More

Pembrolizumab With Chemotherapy and MK-4830 for Treating Participants With Ovarian Cancer (MK-4830-002)
Completed
The primary objective is to evaluate in participants with high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC), whether the reduction from baseline in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) at Cycle 3 (ΔctDNA) is larger in participants receiving MK-4830 + pembrolizumab in combination with standard of care (SOC) therapy than in those receiving pembrolizumab + SOC therapy.

Trial of ZW25 (Zanidatamab) in Patients With Advanced HER2-expressing Cancers
Completed
This is a first-in-human, 3-part study to investigate the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of ZW25 (zanidatamab) by itself and combined with selected chemotherapy agents in patients with locally advanced (unresectable) and/or metastatic human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-expressing cancers. This study will also the evaluate the way the body absorbs, distributes, and eliminates ZW25 (pharmacokinetics or PK).
