TransCon IL-2 β/γ is an investigational drug being developed for treatment of locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. This is a first-in-human, open-label, Phase 1/2, dose escalation and dose expansion study of TransCon IL-2 β/γ as monotherapy or in combination therapy in adult participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. This study is researching an investigational drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs". 'Investigational' means that the study drug is not approved for use outside of this study by any Health Authority. Examples of chemotherapy drugs include the following: Paclitaxel plus carboplatin, and Pemetrexed plus cisplatin. The study is being conducted in patients who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and chemotherapy is for treating advanced NSCLC, in comparison with cemiplimab and chemotherapy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of osimertinib (tablet) in combination with Datopotamab Deruxtecan (i.v. infusion) compared with osimertinib (tablet) monotherapy as a first-line therapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic EGFRm (Ex19del and/or L858R) NSCLC. Study details include: 1. The study duration will be event-driven, with an estimated duration of approximately 9 years. 2. Participants may receive study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or other specific discontinuation criteria are met. 3. The visit frequency will be every 3 weeks during the treatment period. Note: Participants on osimertinib treatment (osimertinib only arm or who have discontinued Datopotamab Deruxtecan while are still receiving osimertinib) are required to attend visits to perform assessments every 6 weeks from Cycle 7 until Cycle 17 and then visits every 12 weeks until disease progression, IP discontinuation or primary PFS DCO. This study will collect de-identified tumor samples, with correlated clinical/demographic data and tissue histology, from patients selected or scheduled for pre-treatment tumor biopsy or who have had a recent pre-treatment tumor biopsy. The study has 2 parts, Phase 1a and Phase 1b. The goal of Phase 1a is to gather safety, PK and initial efficacy data for 225Ac-ABD147 to better understand best doses for patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) of the lung following platinum-based chemotherapy. An initial group of patients will also be given an experimental imaging agent called 111In-ABD147 to help understand where ABD147 goes in the body. The goal of Phase 1b is to gather additional safety and efficacy data on 225Ac-ABD147 to determine the best dose and to understand how those doses affect the same types of patients' cancers explored enrolled in Phase 1a. The purpose of this study is to investigate the study drug, OKN4395, administered alone and in combination with pembrolizumab. The overall objectives of this study are to determine the safety and tolerability (degree to which side effects of a drug can be tolerated) of OKN4395 alone and in combination with pembrolizumab, OKN4395 and metabolites (broken-down substances) of OKN4395 levels in the blood, and antitumor activity of OKN4395 alone and in combination with pembrolizumab. This study will be split into 2 parts. Part 1a will look at multiple doses of OKN4395 either alone (monotherapy) or with pembrolizumab (combination therapy) administered on day 1 of each 21-day cycle in patients with solid tumors until the participant has disease progression or discontinues for any reason. The dose of OKN4395 will be increased, after each group of 3 or more patients completes their first 3 weeks of treatment and their data is evaluated for safety, with a planned dose range from 10 mg twice a day to 450 mg twice a day through 13 dose levels. Part 1b will evaluate OKN4395 alone and in combination with pembrolizumab administered on day 1 of each 21-day cycle in patients with selected cancer types. Part 1b will comprise 4 cohorts: cohort 1 in sarcoma (OKN4395 alone), cohort 2 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), cohort 3 in mesothelioma, and cohort 4 in head \& neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), with cohorts 2 to 4 in combination with pembrolizumab. The monotherapy expansion cohort (Cohort 1) will also be used to choose the optimal dose for further development and to explore the effect of food on the levels of OKN4395 in the blood. The overall study will enrol approximately 166 participants with up to 54 participants to receive OKN4395 alone and 12 participants to receive OKN4395 in combination with pembrolizumab in Part 1a, and 100 participants in Part 1b split: 40 on monotherapy and 60 on combination therapy. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building plans (genes) for this protein in cancer cells leads to a production of abnormal HER2 and therefore abnormal cell growth and division. The study treatment, BAY 2927088, is expected to block the mutated HER2 protein which may stop the spread of NSCLC. The main purpose of this study is to learn how well BAY 2927088 works and how safe it is compared with standard treatment, in participants who have advanced NSCLC with specific genetic changes called HER2 mutations. The study participants will receive one of the study treatments: * BAY 2927088 twice every day as a tablet by mouth, or * Standard treatment in cycles of 21 days via infusion ("drip") into the vein. The treatment will continue for as long as participants benefit from it without any severe side effects or until they or their doctor decide to stop the treatment. During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * take imaging scans, including CT, PET, MRI, and X-rays, of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer * check the overall health of the participants by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking * heart health using an electrocardiogram (ECG) * perform pregnancy tests for women * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having. An adverse event is any medical problem that a participant has during a study. Doctors keep track of all adverse events, irrespective if they think it is related or not to the study treatment.
