This phase II trial tests the safety, side effects and effectiveness of epcoritamab and tazemetostat in treating patients with grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). Epcoritamab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds to two different antigens on the surface of cancer cells that may help the body's immune system attack the cancer and may interfere with the ability of the cancer cells to grow and spread. Tazemetostat, a EZH2 inhibitor, may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving epcoritamab and tazemetostat may be safe, tolerable and/or effective in treating patients with relapsed or refractory grade I-IIIa follicular lymphoma. Read Less

Patients with relapsed or refractory leukemia or lymphoma are often refractory to further chemotherapy. In this study, the investigators will attempt to use T cells obtained directly from the patient, which can be genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). The CAR used in this study can recognize CD22, a protein expressed on the surface of leukemia and lymphoma cells. The phase 1 part of this study will determine the safety and appropriate dose level of these CAR T cells, and the phase 2 part of the study will determine how effective this CAR T cell therapy is. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of combination therapy with tazemetostat and belinostat in treating patients with lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory). Tazemetostat is in a class of medications called EZH2 inhibitors. The EZH2 gene provides instructions for making a type of enzyme called histone methyltransferase which is involved in gene expression and cell division. Blocking EZH2 may help keep cancer cells from growing. Belinostat is in a class of medications called histone deacetylase inhibitors. Histone deacetylases are enzymes needed for cell division. Belinostat may kill cancer cells by blocking histone deacetylase. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow and may help make cancer cells easier to kill with other anticancer drugs. There is some evidence in animals and in living human cells that combination therapy with tazemetostat and belinostat can shrink or stabilize cancer, but it is not known whether this will happen in people. This trial may help doctors learn more about treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoma. Read Less

The purpose of this research study is to see if loncastuximab tesirine has any benefits at dose levels researchers found acceptable in earlier studies in patients with related forms of immune cell cancers.
