Cooled radiofrequency ablation (cRFA) of the knee geniculate nerves is a promising treatment option for knee osteoarthritis, but has variable efficacy. Fluoroscopy is the typical guidance of choice, but uses bony landmarks to target these nerves which have variable positions around the knee. Alternatively, ultrasound allows for targeting based on visualization of bony landmarks, the nerves, and their accompanying vascular structures, and thus may offer greater accuracy. This study investigates how well individuals with knee osteoarthritis can learn to alter their calf muscle activation using haptic biofeedback while walking and evaluates how these changes affect knee loading. Prior research has utilized musculoskeletal simulations to determine that reducing the activation of one of the calf muscles, the gastrocnemius, can have a large impact on reducing knee loading. However, this has not been tested in individuals with knee osteoarthritis. In this study, participants will be trained to alter the activation of their gastrocnemius muscle, by receiving haptic feedback after each step. The feedback will indicate how the participant changed their muscle activation relative to baseline. Participants will train for up to three sessions, with 30 minutes of walking with feedback in each session. If a participant can learn to adjust their muscle activation in the first training session, they will be able to complete the second training session. An exploratory third session may be conducted to investigate changes in knee loading while using the new walking strategy during over-ground walking. The movement data collected during the training sessions will be used as inputs to computer simulations of the musculoskeletal system to determine if walking with the new muscle activation strategy reduces knee loading. The purpose the research is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of injection of adipose allograft matrix (AAM) to the small joints of the hand for treatment of early stage osteoarthritis. The hypothesis is that use of AAM injected directly into the joint will show improvements in pain and disability while providing a safe, off-the-shelf alternative which can obviate the need for, and risks associated with, current treatment options with autologous fat transfer. As standard of care, routine strength, pain scale scores (VAS) and range of motion will be recorded, a baseline disability survey (DASH score) will also be administered. After these have all been recorded and administered in a separate visit the patient will undergo the lipofilling procedure. The goal of this observational study is to learn about functional and patient reported outcomes in patient undergoing total wrist replacement with the KinematX total wrist replacement study. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the range of motion (flexion, extension, radial, ulnar, grip and pinch strength) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. * What are the patient reported outcomes (PROMIS, PRWE, HSS wrist expectations) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. * How do range of motion and patient reported outcomes change over the 10 years after total wrist replacement surgery? Participants will be followed according to standard of care and preoperative and post-operative information for up to 10 years after surgery will be collected and entered into an electronic data base.
