This study will compare shoulder range of motion assessment using the Kinect motion tracking system vs goniometer in patients with adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) undergoing ultrasound-guided capsular distention procedures (standard of care). The investigators hypothesize that, for shoulder adhesive capsulitis, the Kinect Motion Analysis 2.0 system will provide reliable results in a shorter and more efficient amount of time in comparison to traditional goniometer methods. A total of 68 adult and pediatric patients who suffer from at least one discrete partial thickness thermal burn wound (Grade II) will be recruited. This is a clinical trial assessing the effects of fasting on the immune system in healthy adults. Immune profiling, gene expression profiling, and flow cytometry on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) will be performed and we hypothesize that a period of fasting will alter the immune system in healthy adults. This phase I trial evaluates the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide with or without rituximab before CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T cells in treating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory). T-cells are a normal part of the immune system. To make the T-cell medication, T-cells are taken from the blood and altered in a laboratory. They are then returned to the body. The altered T-cells will latch on to a specific part of the cancer cells and hopefully kill them. Once the T-cells have been altered in the laboratory, they are called "CAR T-cells." CAR is short for "chimeric antigen receptors." These are structures on the surface of cells that allow the altered T-Cells to find and destroy the cancer cells. Another part of the T-Cell medication is called "CD19." This part is called a "biomarker." Biomarkers help doctors determine whether a cancer is getting worse and whether medications are working to stop it. The chemotherapy drugs that are given before the T-Cell therapy are cyclophosphamide, fludarabine and rituximab. Rituximab is an immunotherapy drug. These chemotherapy drugs will reduce the number of normal (unaltered) T-Cells in the body to make room for the altered T-cells to kill the cancer cells. Giving fludarabine and cyclophosphamide with or without rituximab before CD19 CAR T cell therapy may help improve response to CD19 CAR T cell therapy in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Immunocompromised individuals, such as solid organ transplant (SOT) recipients are at high risk of COVID-19 associated complications and mortality. Retrospective studies so far have shown that a majority of SOT recipients did not develop appreciable anti-spike antibody response after a first, second, or even third dose of mRNA vaccine. Treatment with antimetabolites was associated with poor vaccine response. The goal of this study is 1) examine whether transient immunosuppression reduction improves the immune response to a third dose of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccine in kidney transplant recipients and 2) to assess the safety of immunosuppression reduction before and after third dose SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination.
