Suicide is a major public health concern, particularly among Veterans with serious mental illness (SMI, i.e., psychotic disorders or bipolar disorders). Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a well-established evidence-based practice for those with SMI that centers on identifying warning signs of mental illness, developing wellness tools for functional independence, planning for day-to-day effective living within one's community, and building an action plan to create a valued life worth living. This proposed study will refine and pilot SUicide Prevention by Peers Offering Recovery Tactics (SUPPORT), a novel integrated recovery program that is an adaptation of peer-delivered WRAP for Veterans with SMI. In SUPPORT, a Peer Specialist leads a Veteran at increased risk for suicide through recovery planning that is tailored to the Veteran's suicidal experiences with cognitive learning strategies to enhance safety plan recall and improve functioning. Patients are enrolled to screening (Reg Step 1) prior to or after ASCT but prior to Reg Step 2. Patients are followed until they will begin Maintenance and then registered to Reg Step 2 (first randomization). Patients are randomized between Lenalidomide for 2 years and Lenalidomide + Daratumumab/rHuPH20. After 2 years of Maintenance, MRD is assessed to guide further therapy. MRD-positive patients will continue with the assigned treatment. MRD-negative patients will be further randomized (Reg Step 3) to either continue or discontinue the assigned treatment. The purpose of the study is to see if Clascoterone can help people with male pattern hair loss to recovery and see if the treatment is effective and safe and how well the drug is tolerated by subjects. Within this study, the Clascoterone solution will be compared to a placebo. The study has 2 parts: Part 1 will see if Clascoterone solution is effective and safe compared to a placebo when applied twice daily for up to 6 months. Part 2 will see the long-term safety and efficacy of the Clascoterone solution compared to placebo for additional 6 months in subjects defined as ''responders'' in Part 1. A responder is defined as someone who have responded to the study drug, based on research data. Part 1 of the study is double-blind, meaning that neither the subject nor the study doctor knows which treatment subject is receiving. Part 2 of the study is single-blind and only the study doctor doing the study knows which treatment subject is receiving. Part 1 of the study will start with baseline visit during which subjects will be randomly assigned (by chance) in ratio 2:1 to apply either Clascoterone or placebo solution to their balding areas of the scalp. Subjects will have 5 clinic visits and 2 follow-up phone calls during 6 months of Part 1 duration. Subjects identified as Part 1 responders at Month 6 visit will be again randomly assigned in ratio 2:1 to receive either study drug or placebo. Part 2 of the study will consist of 2 additional clinic visits and treatment will last for further 6 months. Each subject will have also an end of study visit one month after the study drug treatment has been completed or discontinued (it will be one month after end of Part 1 for not responder subjects). For those subjects who complete the whole study (Part 1 and Part 2), the total duration of the study will be about 14 months, with 12 months of treatment with a total of eight clinic visits and two phone calls. Subjects taking part in this study will have the medical tests or procedures described below. * They will be asked about their previous medical history and current medications. * A brief physical examination will be performed. * Vital signs, weight and height will be measured. * Electrocardiograms will be performed. * Subject's scalp will be checked for any signs of irritation. * Two different types of photos will be taken during this study: "global photos", i.e. general photos of the subject's scalp and "macro photos", i.e. close up photos of a region of the subject's scalp. Global photos will be taken to help the subject and the study doctor to assess whether there has been a change in subject's hair growth. Macro photos will be used to count the number of hairs in a region of the subject's scalp and measure other properties of the hair (hair width and hair darkness). * Blood draws and urine sample collection for safety laboratory tests. * Subject will be asked to complete, on site, the following two questionnaires: * Cosmetic Evaluation - a couple of cosmetic questions on acceptability and how easy the study drug is to use. * Male Androgenetic Alopecia Questionnaire - some questions about subject's hair assessment. Eligible subjects will be given a supply of the study drug and shown how to use and store it. The first study drug dose will be applied at the clinic under the supervision of the study staff. Subjects will be instructed to apply about 1.5 ml of study drug with a dropper to the balding areas of the scalp on the vertex and the temples twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. Subjects will be asked to bring back all used containers of study drug and all unused study drug to each study visit. Subjects will also be given a diary, shown what things have to be recorded on it and asked to bring back the completed diary to the study center at each visit. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to collect clinical data, biological specimens (e.g., blood, tumor, cerebrospinal fluid, urine sample, etc.), and digital health data from patients with tumors, cancer and/or neurological disorders in order to perform research studies that could advance patient care. By collecting these specimens, the investigators plan to create and maintain a biorepository to make data and specimens available to collaborating investigators performing research to discover predictive biomarkers, patterns of care, and personalized treatments that could directly improve the care of our patients through focused proof-of-concept clinical trials. This trial is a limited multi-center, Phase II study to evaluate inotuzumab ozogamicin (Besponsa) in pediatric patients with MRD positive CD22-positive B-lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Some patients with newly diagnosed ALL maintain low levels of MRD, despite achieving complete remission with less than 5% blasts in the bone marrow. Others experience re-emergence of low level MRD or increasing levels of MRD on therapy or post-transplant. New approaches are needed to achieve undetectable MRD in these high-risk patients. Inotuzumab ozogamicin is an antibody-drug conjugate composed of a humanized IgG subtype 4 monoclonal CD22-targeted antibody linked to calicheamicin, a potent anti-tumor antibiotic. CD22 is expressed in more than 90% of patients with B-cell ALL, making it an attractive target in this patient population. Inotuzumab ozogamicin has demonstrated exceptional activity in adults with relapsed or refractory B-ALL. Primary Objective * Assess the efficacy of inotuzumab ozogamicin in patients with MRD positive CD22+ B-ALL with 0.1 - 4.99% blasts in bone marrow. Secondary Objectives * Study the safety of inotuzumab ozogamicin when used in patients with MRD - positive CD22+ B-ALL with \< 5 % blasts in bone marrow. * Estimate the incidence, severity, and outcome of hepatotoxicity and sinusoidal obstruction syndrome/veno-occlusive disease (SOS/VOD) in patients during inotuzumab ozogamicin and following subsequent treatment, including hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). The goal of this clinical trial is to compare ARINA-1 plus Standard of Care vs Standard of Care alone. The main question it aims to answer are: * Evaluate the effectiveness of ARINA-1 in preventing bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) progression in participants with a bilateral lung transplant * To evaluate the effectiveness of ARINA-1 on improving quality of life decline and preventing or delaying the use of augmented immunosuppression in participants with pre-BOS relative to SOC. Participants will have clinic visits at screening, randomization (day 1) and weeks 4, 12, 18, and 24. After week 24, participants will have clinic visits at weeks 32, 40, and 48. Participants will also have a telehealth visit on day 2 and phone calls to assess adverse events (AEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and review patient education will occur during weeks 5, 8, 36, and 44. This phase II trial compares the effect of encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab versus ipilimumab and nivolumab in treating patients with BRAF- V600 mutant melanoma that has spread to the brain (brain metastases). Encorafenib and binimetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Ipilimumab and nivolumab are monoclonal antibodies that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This phase II trial studies how well ramucirumab and paclitaxel or the FOLFIRI regimen (leucovorin calcium, fluorouracil, and irinotecan hydrochloride) work in treating patients with small bowel cancers that have spread extensively to other anatomic sites (advanced) or are no longer responding to treatment (refractory). Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that attaches to and inhibits a molecule called VEGFR-2. This may restrain new blood vessel formation therefore reducing nutrient supply to tumor which may interfere with tumor cell growth and expansion. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, leucovorin calcium, fluorouracil, and irinotecan hydrochloride work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving Ramucirumab plus paclitaxel or FOLFIRI, may be helpful in treating advanced or refractory small bowel cancers and may help patients live longer. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if a supplement called palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is effective in reducing the pain in patients with chronic inflammatory pain conditions. The main question the trial aims to answer is if PEA works better at treating a patients pain and improving their function better than a placebo.
