The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of retatrutide in participants who have obesity or overweight (J1I-MC-GZBJ master protocol) including subsets of participants who have knee osteoarthritis (OA) (J1I-MC-GOA1) or who have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) (J1I-MC-GSA1). Enhancing Exercise and Psychotherapy to Treat Pain and Addiction in Adults With an Opioid Use Disorder (EXPO; R33 Phase)

This work will involve conducting a randomized trial that will evaluate preliminary efficacy of "assisted" rate cycling, voluntary rate cycling and psychotherapy for pain individually and in combination as adjunctive treatments on cravings (primary outcome) in adults with an opioid use disorder. The investigators will also evaluate the effects of "assisted" rate cycling, voluntary rate cycling and I-STOP on secondary outcomes including depression, anxiety and sleep.

Feasibility and Acceptability of Group Pain Reprocessing Therapy for Veterans With Chronic Neck/Back Pain
Recruiting
We are conducting a trial that evaluates the feasibility of telehealth group pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), with no comparison group, for the treatment of chronic back pain in a population of veterans. PRT is a psychotherapy for chronic pain that aims to help patients reconceptualize their pain as a non-dangerous signal. It has been shown to be effective in a previous RCT (n=151).
