A Safety Study of SEA-CD70 in Patients With Myeloid Malignancies

This trial will look at a drug called SEA-CD70 with and without azacitidine, to find out if it is safe for patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It will study SEA-CD70 to find out what its side effects are and if it works for AML and MDS. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer.

Long-Term Follow-up Protocol for Participants Treated With Gene-Modified T Cells

This is a prospective study for the long-term follow-up (LTFU) of safety and efficacy for all pediatric and adult participants exposed to Gene-modified (GM) T cell therapy participating in a previous Celgene sponsored or Celgene alliance partner sponsored study.
Participants who received at least one GM T cell infusion will be asked to enroll in this LTFU protocol upon either premature discontinuation from, or completion of the prior parent treatment protocol.

This phase III trial compares memantine to usual treatment in treating patients with primary central nervous system tumors. Memantine may block receptors (parts of nerve cells) in the brain known to contribute to a decline in cognitive function. Giving memantine may make a difference in cognitive function (attention, memory, or other thought processes) in children and adolescents receiving brain radiation therapy to treat a primary central nervous system tumors.
