About 20%-70% of breast cancer survivors experience fatigue after cancer therapy. Because epidemiologic evidence shows that old age is a risk factor for fatigue in adults with cancer history, older breast cancer survivors suffer from even more fatigue than younger survivors. The purpose of this study is to test types of walking exercise interventions and their ability to reduce fatigue in older breast cancer survivors.

The goal of this observational study is to learn more about how genes impact the risk of breast cancer. Anyone 18 or older living in the US is eligible, and a diagnosis of cancer is NOT required. The purpose of the study is to determine the recurrence rates and survival of patients with clinical T1-2N0 ER+/Her2- invasive breast cancer who have biopsy proven image detected nodal disease treated with upfront lumpectomy or mastectomy with TAD followed by adjuvant therapy.
