Primary Aim: To determine if apixaban is superior to aspirin for prevention of the composite outcome of any stroke (hemorrhagic or ischemic) or death from any cause in patients with recent ICH and atrial fibrillation (AF). This is a prospective pilot study, the primary aim of which is to determine whether the presence of 18F FLT imaging signal uptake abnormalities correlate with clinically validated evidence of hematopoietic malignant disease (e.g. MRD, molecular, flow or histology) after immunotherapy and other treatments. The goal of this study is to determine the efficacy of the study drug olutasidenib to treat newly diagnosed pediatric and young adult patients with a high-grade glioma (HGG) harboring an IDH1 mutation. This study is focused on males who have Hemophilia B and who need regular preventive treatment with factor IX protein (FIX) replacement therapy to prevent and also to control their bleeding events. The aim of the study is to gather at least 6 months of information on bleeding events for each individual participant while they continue to use their usual FIX replacement therapy. There is no experimental treatment being tested in this study. The study is informational, and part of a larger program to understand and treat Hemophilia B with a potential experimental new therapy in the future. There is no obligation to agree to taking part in this future study. The study is looking to answer several other research questions to help understand each participant's individual disease characteristics, including: * How often to use FIX replacement therapy, both on a regular basis (prophylaxis) and as needed to treat bleeding events * Measurement of FIX activity (factor IX is a clotting factor) by different laboratories using different types of tests in Hemophilia B participants * Possible complications from the FIX replacement therapy the patient receives (usual standard of care will continue to be used) * How quality of life is affected by Hemophilia B * How joint health is affected by Hemophilia B * How often the participant visits the emergency room, urgent care center, physician's office, hospital, or has a telemedicine visit as a result of bleeding events * Whether the body makes antibodies (a protein produced by the body's immune system) against the FIX replacement therapy you receive, which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects Read Less

COMPASS is a prospective multicenter randomized interventional trial. Participants with ductal-dependent pulmonary blood flow will be randomized to receive either a systemic-to-pulmonary artery shunt or ductal artery stent. This research is being done to see if it is safe to give investigational combination of study drugs (Pembrolizumab and IO102-103) before surgery to people with surgically resectable (removable) newly diagnosed or recurrent metastatic SCCHN. This will be done by watching participants closely for possible side effects from Pembrolizumab and IO102-103. In addition, participants will be monitored for any delays to their surgery due to the study drugs. Read Less

This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This is a pilot study that will evaluate disease status in children that have been newly diagnosed high-grade glioma with TRK fusion. The evaluation will occur after 2 cycles of the medication (Larotrectinib) have been given. The study will also evaluate the safety of larotrectinib when given with chemotherapy in your children; as well as the safety larotrectinib when given post-focal radiation therapy. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to test MGC018 in patients with relapsed or refractory Extensive-Stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC). The main question it aims to answer is: • Does the administration of MGC018 achieve a clinically meaningful response rate of 25% in patients with relapsed or refractory ES-SCLC? Participants enrolled in the trial will receive MGC018 through an intravenous (IV) infusion, every 28 days until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Tumor assessment will be done every 2 cycles (28 day cycles). Blood samples will be taken for biomarker analysis before treatment, on cycle 3 day 1, and at progression. The key hypothesis for this study is that collection of the PRO surveys via the Outcomes4Me app is feasible, as measured by survey completion rates. In addition to informing feasibility, this study will provide information about symptom trajectories, symptom management interventions, and early endocrine therapy adherence and persistence. Patients with risk factors for adjuvant endocrine therapy non-adherence or early discontinuation will complete patient-reported outcome (PRO) surveys via smart phone app at baseline and 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after adjuvant endocrine therapy initiation. Since symptoms and side effects are a key driver of adjuvant endocrine therapy non-adherence and non-persistence, the investigators anticipate that enhanced detection of symptoms via use of PRO surveys will result in improved symptom management and, could thereby support treatment adherence and persistence. This pilot study will assess the feasibility of the PRO survey intervention. In this pilot study, feedback about the intervention will be obtained from patients and from members of the study teams and clinical teams caring for the patients who participate. Read Less
