Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib in Advanced Cervical Cancer

This is a phase II trial of combination therapy of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib in patients with locally advanced or metastatic cervical cancer that had failed first line of therapy. The hypothesis is the combination of lenvatinib and pembrolizumab will overcome vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-mediated immunosuppression to enhance the response of patients with locally advanced or metastatic cervical cancer.

The purpose of this post-market surveillance study will be to evaluate the real-world use of the DETOUR System in treated patients with symptomatic femoropopliteal lesions from 200 mm to 460 mm in length with chronic total occlusions (100 mm to 425 mm) or diffuse stenosis \> 70% who may be considered suboptimal candidates for surgical or alternative endovascular treatments.

Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) is a prevalent and debilitating condition in otherwise healthy younger patients, resulting in significant loss of quality of life, lacking effective treatment options or systematic clinical evidence to support a therapy.
