Personalized Neoantigen Peptide-Based Vaccine in Combination With Pembrolizumab for Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This phase I trial tests the safety and tolerability of an experimental personalized vaccine when given by itself and with pembrolizumab in treating patients with solid tumor cancers that have spread to other places in the body (advanced). The experimental vaccine is designed target certain proteins (neoantigens) on individuals' tumor cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of... Read More

A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Multiple Treatment Combinations in Patients With Metastatic or Locally Advanced Breast Cancer
Recruiting
This is an umbrella study evaluating the efficacy and safety of multiple treatment combinations in participants with metastatic or inoperable locally advanced breast cancer.
The study will be performed in two stages. During Stage 1, four cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study:
Cohort 1 will consist of Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-positive participants who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic or inoperable locally advanced triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)... Read More

ELVN-002 in HER2 Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to test ELVN-002 in people with cancers that have an abnormal HER2 gene. The main question the trial aims to answer is if ELVN-002 is safe and tolerable at different doses. A second main question is to evaluate the concentration of ELVN-002 in the blood at different doses and to see how this correlates with safety and see how the concentration of drug changes over time. The third main question is to see if ELVN-002 works to shrink cancers that have HER2 genetic... Read More
